Everything in one place understood what we wanted and designed and built perfectly Everyone within the business is professional and we love our new rooms in what was once a wasted storage space Have recommended on more than one occasion

After receiving a very competitive quote Loftplan commenced with our loft conversion in just before Christmas December 2019 with completion at the end of February 2020 First fit team Craig and Neil were absolutely fantastic Became part of the family They were professional polite and tidy at all times during the build They put us at ease the whole time From Nicola who kept us up to date throughout to the carpenters plumbers electricians and plasterers they all were so helpful and worked as a great team The aftercare has been fantastic with Kevin and Bob who both answered then rectified promptly any issues we had We would highly recommend Loftplan to any of our friends or family who are looking to do a loft conversion Keep up the good work guys especially through these difficult times

Wasted loft became stunning extra bedroom

Loftplan converted our wasted loft space into a giant extra bedroom playroom so big that our two children could share it This freed up two existing kids bedrooms to use as a spare room and office Loftplan were very professional and their teams of workers were informative punctual and polite In particular Mike and Andy who did the initial work were fantastic as was carpenter Martin who was more like an artist with his work The workers always left the place spick and span after a day s work I would thoroughly recommend Loftplan to anyone who wanted to maximise the space in their home We were overwhelmed by the finishing result and wished we d done it sooner They were also very competitively priced

Loftplan were fantastic from start to finish It was so calm and enjoyable watching the changes being made everyday Dene and Dave were a pleasure to have around the house and were so respectful of our house and family Bob and Kevin made sure that we were kept upto date with every step and nothing was too much trouble Shawn and Alan the plumber and carpenter were experts in their craft and we couldn t be happier with the end result And finally Nicola was always on hand to help us with any queries we had along the way I would definitely recommend loftplan to everyone

After getting 3 quotes to have our loft converted we decided to go with Loftplan They weren t the cheapest but after the initial meeting with Alan who listened to our requirements we felt confident they would do a good job Roll on a few months and we now have an amazing loft conversion that we are very happy with Loftplan took care of everything and we were kept informed at every stage of the build Any queries or questions were always answered promptly The teams and supervisors that worked on our loft were all very friendly and hard working A special thanks to Martin the carpenter who is a master of his trade His work and attention to details were outstanding And of course to Nicola in the office who was always helpful We would highly recommend Loftplan to anyone considering a loft conversion

Brilliant dormer Loftplan

We had an excellent experience with Loftplan which made our poorly designed three bedroom into a fantastic 4 bedroom Loft plan changed the layout of the first floor which made a considerable difference and then added a dormer to the loft Alan was great and I really liked that we got a plan of our loft at the bidding stage which other companies did not produce That really helped us understand the size and look of the room Luke and Bob were exceptional and really made us feel our loft was in good hands I really can t fault anyone though and any issues were resolved with urgency I would definitely recommended this company

Loft plan have recently finished our loft conversion and have done an amazing job The teams are dedicated to the build from day 1 so you have continuity and they keep you well informed at every stage of the build which is great The guys are all super professional and respectful and take pride in what they do which makes it stress free When we had any issue they were addressed emmediately with no fuss All in all this is a great company so highly recommend using them and would use again

We are very happy we chose Loftplan for our loft conversion From start to finish our team of fitters have been very professional and all of them have been very approachable and supportive when we needed it We would like to give a special mention to the good and honest advice provided by Bob just at the beginning about the design and location of one of our windows that provided a fabulous finish in our home Our team of fitters were Steve and Dave at the beginning Ben and Dan who fitted the stairs the two amazing plaster fitters Jake the electrician Sam and Kevin to arrange the finish touches very efficiently Also Nicola behind the scenes Thank you all we love our new space Ignacio and Magdalena

We have been very impressed and very pleased with Loft Plans service through out the process from initial planning to building and completion All the employees of loft plan have been friendly professional and great with our large family of children and pets Bob made the process smooth and quickly sorted any minor issues Ian and Jo were fabulous at building and improving the build with great ideas along with answering our questions On the second fix Kevin in particular was great at coordinating all the workmen and keeping us fully informed of what was happening and when We also highly recommend Dave the carpenter His work is of very high quality We would not hesitate to recommend Loftplan to anyone
