Iris is fabulous at her job This year I booked 2 cruise holidays with her and received great service both times She took time to understand what I was looking for in my holiday and found something which ticked all the boxes We were able to submit our requests for vegetarian meals and a cot for our 8 months old Everything went so smoothly She was available to speak every time and replied to my emails promptly I d book with her again

After dealing with other travel Agents Logi travel is by far the best I have booked many Cruises with them and have always found them exceptionally helpful Especially Iris for the help and advice she gave me this week

LogiTravel GOOD Covid BAD

I booked a holiday for July 2020 which I chose to cancel as the flights and hotel had to be changed due to COVID This was out of Logitravels Hands They tried to accommodate us and although communication was hard due to how many customers they were having to juggle they tried hard They offered me a travel voucher for the full 3500 deposit paid and sent a confirmation e mail the next day with the voucher attached After careful consideration we as a family decided we would not travel in 2021 so the travel voucher would expire I emailed them in Sept 20 advising I would like a refund if poss They replied within 24 hours confirming receipt of my email and that a refund would be transferred to my bank account which was there almost immediately They made a very stressful time easy and when I do decide to travel it will be with them out of loyalty regardless of expense

Used Logitravel to book a cruise going through the Topcashback website first They gave a competitive price and their sales assistant was helpful All in all the transaction was easy so would recommend them and use them again when considering purchase future travel

Iris Madico made the experience great She fulfilled all my wishes went above beyond to help us There were 3 parties I was trying to book in Iris sorted us all out She was very helpful kind gave great advice on all my queries She was at the end of an email whenever I messaged couldn t have been more helpful Also Logi Travel co uk was the cheapest around - I priced numerous other travel sites for the exact same cruise ye were by far the cheapest Thank you

This is the second time I have used Logitravel to book a cruise holiday I used the website to hold a room and then a few days later emailed and the agent who contacted me back Iris was extremely helpful and friendly and dealt with my booking with speed and professionalism she even linked my booking with a friends booking to make securing the same table at dinner was made easier and one person me can manage both bookings for all the additional extras we want I would recommend Logitravel to friends
