Simple logo project poor outcome delivered
My requirements did not fit a stand package as the scope was very basic An agreement was made and agreed with sales and payment made Upon completion one third of the project the production side of the business refused to complete to job without upgrade and further payment They simply refused to consider my point of view and instead chose to hang me out to dry resulting in me having to pay extra to complete the project with an alternative provider I gave them ample opportunity to complete the project to the original spec which required only minimal extra work but they refused The quality of the work completed was fine it was the process where they agreed to the original scope of the project only to change course part way through requesting more money for completion that is extremely disappointing
