Unreliable cannot trust
I ll start by saying that I successfully purchased a logo from LogoGround about 4 years ago No issues I tried to replicate that experience about a month ago Following the transaction I did not receive the files or even any communication from the designer within the 1 business day window I emailed LG support and did not receive a reply I waited a week and send a follow up email offering to choose another logo No response I sent an IM to them by Twitter as suggested on the website no response I then requested a refund since I did not receive the files and missed my deadline No response I filed a fraud alert with PayPal I finally heard from LG about 4 weeks later and they told me that they could not refund my money since the files are now posted Keep in mind this reply came about 3 weeks after I requested the refund Clearly they do not adhere to the policies posted on their website It s an unreliable source and they have lost my trust

Unreliable BE AWARE SCAMMERS
Unreliable Do not use this service The customer service is horrible They do not respond emails in a timely fashion and they do not ever send you the logo you purchased be Care full in my opinion this site are scammers I don t suggest you purchase any thing This site doesn t even have a number you can call

I love our logo but cannot use it When I try to download the files only the logo is in there It wasn t in vector format and REPEATED emails to designer and Logoground yielded NO HELP Sad because the logo is gorgeous

This platerform is a disaster The designer is not finishing the logo that costs me 400 euros and never answer my messages on their website When I am asking the website Logoground com support to ask the designer to finish the work their answer is that I have to ask the designer directly I can not start the marketing campaign because the logo is not finished Be very careful before to buy a logo on this website as you might have similar problems and the support will not help Hopefully I will finally get the logo finalise Also I will add the name of the designer soon so you do not buy logos from him

Would recommend you to stay away from this platform
Logo Ground does not seem to have fully grasped what a logo is So for buyers out there it is recommended to find another platform or a freelance logo designer For pro logo designers you should definitely consider another platform if you value your time and reputation The experience of interface customer service and the system of design validation is poor and incompetent Sorry guys

Stay Away
As others have said stay away from these crooks I made a purchase and was not given access to my files for weeks which resulted in me having to go in a different direction with my projects and in turn requesting a refund Turns out they do not stand by their Money-back guarantee in any way and instead will just not answer emails Edit Their response below is entirely incorrect I m not in the market for spending my time writing fictional reviews
