I had a payment waiting from Lokal Energi for period 01-02-2022 - 01-09-2022 even i ve change electricity supplier from from 1st of June First i ve sent an email and after few days i ve call them to sort things After 30 min of waiting at the phone i ve spoke with someone and i explained it that i should be charged only until 31 05 22 because after that day i m not longer their costumer The answer was to cancel the waiting payment and that i will receive an email until the end of the week The week has end and i still not received right bill from them Unfortunately the costumer service is very poor and slow
