From ordering to receiving the order
From ordering to receiving the order has been a total nightmare Not to mention the lack of customer service it has honestly been one of the worst experiences I ve had I had to chase up about my order it was not even dispatched until i contacted them It then took even longer due to an error they made i had to pay for the duty customs which should be Free like it claims on their website Once I received my order I open it up it was a total mess The state I received my order was completely unacceptable I am very shocked at how appalling their customer service is too I did not receive everything it looks as if they sent me someone else s used returned breastfeeding kit I m not even sure if the breast pump even works The boxes were already opened you can tell it s not brand new It was all ripped damaged as well as the items been all over the place There was no care or thought when this was sent out to me it s absolutely disgusting they would even send anyone s order like this I m extremely disappointed would avoid buying from this company It has been over month since I ve ordered they ve very slow to resolve the issue I appreciate your reply however there is a few things I like to make clear This was not down to DHL as the outer packaging was fine it s your products your packaging that was damaged Items were missing such as milk storage bags flanges as I showed several times through WhatsApp email It was not a quick delivery it took 2 weeks to arrive I would also like to mention It does not state on your website that customers will be given a refund to pay for the duty tax I was not aware of this at all I had to chase it up wait to be refunded which took a few days Your website is misleading as it did not include customs duties taxes You should let the customer know that they are likely to receive an invoice from the courier that this will be refunded to them I did not receive an immediate response from customer service I messaged on 22nd March on WhatsApp I only got a response on there on the 5th April This is very appalling definitely is not an immediate response After I replied to that message on the same day when I recieved my order showing you the images of the damage which you can clearly see the kit you sent me was not brand new It was a used returned product it would not be in that state inside the box if it was brand new so I was clearly sent this kit on purpose Inside the milk storage bag box it was a mess wrinkled looked like it was just shoved in The other products you can clearly tell it was opened shoved back in to the box I spent 237 60 you only offered me a 50 refund I personally feel this is not good enough I should have at least got half my money back considering I got a used returned breastfeeding kit how awful this whole process has been not to mention the state of my order came in as well I will provide images on your website on here if it allows me to I can also provide screenshots of the chat show how many times I have had to contact customer service how long it took your team to respond As well as ignoring my enquiries multiple times I can see from other customers I m not the only one who has had a dreadful experience hence why your company has a 3 star rating on here Clearly customer satisfaction is not your main priority I did message on a business day yet your customer service still failed to respond multiple times Please take responsibility instead of trying to blame others It does not excuse you from sending a used returned breastfeeding kit or explain the state of my order then trying to blame DHL when it was clearly not their fault Please stop making false claims I did not ask to keep the whole order then expect for a full refund too I accepted a partial refund but obviously I expected more than a 50 refund for a used returned kit I would have preferred to return the whole order but i do not have time to find research for new pump when I am close to giving birth soon I also cannot be dealing with your very slow customer service which has already taken a month going back forth on emails instead of trying deal with it on WhatsApp which should have been more quicker Your company clearly has no morals lack basic customer service If I am paying over 230 I expect a brand new kit in new condition It is ridiculous that you even think it s acceptable that you think a 50 refund makes up for this disgusting behaviour My order was not brand new It was a returned item that was sent out to me intentionally When I enquired about my order as it had been a week with no updates 2 of your colleagues told me u won t be receiving ur new batch till the next week Suddenly within hours I get an email saying my order had been shipped clearly it was not from the new batch

Shocking customer service false advertising
If you want a portable pump that can be used with a hands free pumping bra avoid the Lola Lykke digital pump They advertise it as lightweight when it s actually heavier than standard pumps like the Lansinoh double electric pump for instance The silicone breast shields just drag down and you would have to hold the pump in place which for me removed all its value so I will be sticking to my double electric lansinoh pump - at least I can have my hands free even if I have to be plugged into a socket What s worse the returns policy is ridiculous For a new anxious mother you should be able to return an unused product even if the seals of the boxes are open The company are refusing to let me return not only the one pump I assembled to test the weight with my bra but also the second pump and spare parts because they ve been unboxed but not used Shocking customer service for an expensive product from a company that claims to advocate for mothers and their mental health - they ve certainly been detrimental to my mental emotional and financial wellbeing

Item Didn t arrive and poor customer service experience
I had an emergency c section and places and order for the support band on Monday 4th September before noon On their website it states that Transit typically takes 2-3 business days Orders processed same day if placed by 12pm GMT on a weekday I received a shipping confirmation for this order on Monday 4th and I was eagerly anticipating its arrival However to my disappointment nothing has been delivered to me as of today 13th September I contacted the company and had to wait several days before I got any acknowledgement when the item didn t arrive I had toContact themvia email their website and PayPal before I finally got a reply saying that the item was lost and then another email saying it was still on its way I requested a full refund as I found that this lack of transparency regarding my order s location has been quite frustrating as I urgently needed the support band and I would no longer be at my home address I d were to arrive any later than Monday 11th Yet again I have not heard back and will need to raise a dispute with PayPal toGet my money back it seems

Belt arrived on time and looked very good but after wearing it once it stretched so much that it was impossible to wear as extra material was hanging on the front Not sure if this is a flaw in the product cannot really recommend it to anyone and the product is so expensive

Worst shipping time as I am waiting for more than 2 weeks now and a sloppy customer service I got affected by their shipping time on ordering post partum belt and breast pump twice separately I goty post partum belt delivered after 2 weeks or so After ordering breast pump and chasing I got an email stating they are waiting for stock and it won t be shipped for more than 7 days and no notification of shipping If you don t have stock please make it out of stock online rather than making the customer wait This company sells sensitive products for women who are going through toughest phase of their post pregnancy and such a dreadful shipping and a sloppy customer service There is no phone number or chat to speak to their customer service team just a snail email I will avoid it even if their products are good

Return process is none existing I received my order from their warehouse Ireland but due to the belt not only not helping my condition but making it worse I have to return it Finland Being heavily pregnant I have to go to the post office The posting is at my cost And the email makes a quite clear note not to save money on the cheapest way of posting as it s completely my responsibility So if I have to post it abroad via tracking mail Worst customer service so far Appreciate your reply though not sure how a free gift of something I probably don t need would be a gesture of good will As I m not planning to order anything else ever from your company due to your customer service Returning my money including what s spent on postage would be a gesture of good will
