Worst experience with your UPS service
Worst experience with your UPS service The package was never offered for a home delivery - even though I stayed home for it - it straight away went to a UPS service center which has a queu of at least 20 people constantly throughout the day - change your shipment options and maybe this review will be better

Appalling Service But complaint turned into a positive Ordered a dress 11 24 I am in the
Ordered a Dress 20 11 24 I am in the UK I was advised 7 10 days for receipt We are now nearly 7 days from order I have had no communication from LOLLYS Laundry no tracking number no acknowledgment I have emailed Customer Services three times posted on Instagram and sent a DM no response I now wish to cancel the order as I have no confidence in the organisation I would like a full refund of the item and postage and packing please and a response from you Absolutely appalling customer service in this day and age I look forward to a response UPDATE 29 11 Pauline from customer services did get back to me Was so helpful and explained the situation with tracking post Brexit I really appreciated the full explanation and knew that she was around to support me The Dress was delivered 28 11 and is beautiful Pauline is a credit to the organisation and shows how a complaint can be turned around positively Thank you Pauline
