Absolutely beautiful ring I ve been following London Diamonds Official for a long time and always hoped to own one of their rings After finishing 17 months of chemo I decided I needed a treat and what better than a diamond ring James was amazing and designed the perfect ring for me I am now the proud owner of beautiful pear cut diamond ring and couldn t be happier

Cannot fault my experience with London Diamonds From sending my first WhatsApp to having my engagement ring delivered was 5 weeks Brilliant customer service and the process was so easy There was no pushy sales or talk about increasing budget they just delivered exactly what I was after I really wanted to include a gemstone under the main diamond with a diamond shoulder and they were amazing with coming up with a beautiful way of doing this using a Cathedral setting Now I ve got the yes everyone we show things the ring is beautiful Cannot believe the price for such a perfect ring Thank you so much I m so glad I went with my friend s recommendation and will recommend all of my friends to you We ll be back for the wedding rings

Fantastic service from start to finish Requested a bespoke engagement ring and the LD team were happy to assist providing me with different options throughout e g lab mined diamond They kept me updated on the progress of the ring until it was ready The ring was perfect and my now wife loves it Fast forward and my wife recently fell over and damaged the ring LD were more than happy to fix the ring free of charge and it looks as good as new Would recommend London Diamonds to anyone and have done so with a few of my friends

Knowledgable informed and incredibly helpful The process was made clear and transparent from the outset James and the team worked with me throughout providing insight and guidance where needed but never overstepped and I never felt they were selling I always had the feeling it was more a collaboration rather than a sale Aftercare when we needed to resize was handled the same as the initial build was just as smooth and came at no extra cost Most importantly the final outcome is exceptional The ring is beautiful and beyond anything I initially imagined I could get I really can t fault these guys You re in safe hands here

Cannot recommend enough My partner bought my engagement ring from London Diamonds and the quality beautifulness is always getting comments and of course the most important part we both absolutely love it They are wonderful to work with and just resized and cleaned my ring post weight loss ready for the wedding We can t thank them enough
