Terrible service - ordered products nearly a month ago but still not arrived No communication from them and alwayS fobbed off on the phone or they simply don t answer THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM

No response for over 10 days

I made an order for an undercounter fridge which was in stock according to the website on 1 March Since then I have made at least 6 attempts to contact the company and no response at all has been received This was needed quickly and delivery was meant to be 3-4 days I have wasted 10 days chasing this and now have to resort to cancelling the order so I can get another option in time for a shop opening

Communication was absolutely terrible

Communication was absolutely terrible I recieved no information about when my product was going to be delivered until 2 days before it was delivered which led me to worry that this was a scam because I also sent them an email and got no response When I phoned up they at first didn t return my call after I left a message and the second time I got through and they still couldn t tell me when my product was going to be delivered I eventually received my product and am very happy with it but next time I will stick with a more reputable and well known company

Ordered a SIA cooker hood - refund difficult

Ordered a SIA cooker hood It was fitted but broke after 3 days The guarantee is with SIA but they would not refund me as the product was purchased the londonhouseware com I had to buy a replacement from SIA SIA then gave Londonhouseware com the refund as they were the original purchaser and arranged for the faulty one to be collected Londonhouseware com refused to give me a full refund claiming it was more than 14 days since the item was purchased I had to threaten to get Trading Standards involved and then they agreed a full refund - I am still waiting Note Londonhouseware com do not hold stock instead they take your orders and pass them on the manufacturer Hence the difficulty getting a refund under the guarantee Better to go directly to the manufacture next time

Cooker The Cooker Hood was not fit

The Cooker Hood I purchased was not fit for purpose it didn t work I had to have it rewired and soldered by an Electrician I needed it in a hurry hence carrying out repairs instead of returning the item I informed London Warehouse but am still awaiting comments

Placed a order for a dryer took the money nothing received no tracking number or any info regarding deliveryRang the company a week later who said there system was down and could i send an email if i wanted a refund so be it Then asked for the order number which i supplied put me on hold then answered by saying order number was correct and once again told me to send an email Luckily i paid by paypal who refunded me straight away AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered a cooker hood absolutely no correspondence from company Messaged Emailed Phoned after a few days no reply a few days later i left phone message asking for delivery dates etc and stated if i didn t hear back my next phone call was to Trading Standards Order was then cancelled and refund given 4 days later
