We had a response on the doorstep within 15 minutes of making a call on a Saturday afternoon Andrew was able to sort out and fix the problem with the lock very quickly and take measures to stop the problem recurring He was very pleasant and helpful in every way Cannot fault this service

Late on a Saturday night I had my bag stolen with my keys in it and no other way to get into our flat We had a locksmith arrive by the time we got home meaning which was so quick Sadly we had to have our locks drilled and replaced but Julian did everything quickly and efficiently Within 45 mins we re safe and sound
