DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY I ordered some shoes off there for 55 and did not receive them I have contacted them 3 times and got no reply I put my order number in on their tracking facility and it did NOT exist I decided to do different checks on the company and surprise surprise they don t exist either The company DISSOLVED in 2014 yet they are still scamming unknowing people for money Really hoping karma will do its thing with whomever is behind these cowboys

terrible item not as described misleading description contacted to return refused so quoted my rights under the consumers act if not i will go to consumers direct and will sue them not going to get away with it i should have smelt a rat and now reading all these bad reviews it says it all they are not allowed to refuse a return it is illegal so i will chase it to the end -AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE

Ordered a Draw with Light board for our grandson for Christmas No confirmation of order Finally arrived in January after emailing them Very poor quality Board damaged I emailed them photos as requested but no response No refund My advice would be NOT to use this company

ordered 2 unpoppable balloon balls one came without the adapter with which to inflate it I was offered 20 reduction instead of sending another adapter Can t even get this one into the balloon to start inflating it Shan t see my refund and 43 wasted on 2 floppy flat balloons Rubbish

Ordered gold tipped rose for Valentines day Still NOT arrived Now its the 7th of April 2024 These people should be arrested put in prison not subsidising China s defence budget The disappointment on my new girlfriends face will live with me for a LONG time

No VAT

Bought a small item for my business but unable to get a VAT receipt as they don t seem to understand what VAT is about - maybe because the Director is from Eastern Europe IMO something not right here

Avoid at all cost Despite the website name the goods were individually shipped from China They take weeks to arrive and their order process is very misleading on this If there is anything wrong with the goods it will cost you full courier price to return them to China Full research and reading a fine print is required these days Terrible company

FAKE COMPLETE DISHONEST AND DODGY COMPANYOrdered a small item few weeks back and was given a fake tracking number which was not valid at all When emailed them about this they pretended to check and in this pretext buy more time to dodge customers Their intentions are not good and beware of them as they use the name London to deceive customers but are fake supplier hiding in China Do not trust them

You just gotta smile and move on

Unlike me not to do my homework before ordering Oh well it s not often I m mugged over but my karma for people who wrong me is unforgiving resulting in many accidents illnesses and deaths I won t lose sleep over this but you lot involved in this wrong certainly will It s hot in hell
