Despite the turds of the country basically the entire garbage North West Coast and also North west coast of England the train company London North Western Railway are excellent This company was never designed to be a high speed service yes it is an Intercity service like Avanti West Coast but the service actually was only designed for commuters and not for high speed rail travel where Avanti West Coast is a high speed rail service The class 350 Desiro series are some of the nicest trains I know The Class 350s are much better tgan their predecessors the class 321s operated by Silverlink County now this is what makes me extremely angry its like everybody forgets how bad Silverlink County abd Silverlink as an entire train operator especially Silverlink Metro were apalling Silverlink Metro were 3 percent off being awful 1970s overrated British Rail and Silverlink County were 25 percent off being old British Rail crap from the 70s in fact the Metro services performed by class 313s and 319s were absolutely dire they were even worse than the Silverlink County but despite the class 321s operated by Silverlink County being a lot better than the evil Silverlink Metro class 313 services they were still awful and the class 321s were still horrible revolting trains themselves they were better than the class 313s and 319s but still absolutely apalling Silverlink were so apalling that they were worse than GNER who operated high speed services on the East Coast Maineline running through the North East of England from London Kings Cross GNER despite their golden do no wrong reputation were just overrated garbage and nothing more than a branding on a really badly maintained high speed train failing all the time but they were some what usable and Virgin Trains West Coast before the class 390s and 220s 221s came were absolutely vile and the worse fact is like GNER they were a High Speed train operator except they ran from London Euston operating the North West of England Country but unlike GNER they were NOT even usable they were so bad that their blackpool services would be 11 hrs and 50 minutes late and that is NOT me exaggerating that is the precise time of how long it took my mum and dad to get to Blackpool back in late 1998 they were so bad that even slower train services would overtake the Virgin Trains West Coast Services 24 7 unlike the METRO SILVERLINK COUNTY services would eventually ovettake the Virgin Trains West Coast services SILVERLINK COUNTY UNLIKE METRO WOULD INDOUBTABLY overtake any Virgin Trains West Coast Service but despite being a slower train service and not designed for high speed but only designed to stop and interlink the stops that VTWC would NOT stop at and stop every stop on the West Coast Maineline but unlike VTWC would only go as far as Birmingham International from London Euston providing cheaper train tickets than VTWC with alternative services and providing cheap train tickets and whilst Silverlink County were much better at running services than VTWC they were still awful even as a commuter train service and they did NOT meet the appropriate safety and passenger standards they were so bad that you would be lucky if the train didn t break down in the midle of a dump like Hertfordshire London North Western Railway who took over SILVERLINK COUNTIES job role operating different fleet of train rolling stock the class 350s which replaced SILVERLINK COUNTIES AGING class 321s improved the commuter swevice drastically things have improved so much so much under the class 350 DESIROS and the ownership of the commuter service on the West Coast Maineline and the service has improved so much since SILVERLINK COUNTY left in 2008 the trains actually run punctually and the class 350s have CCTV and improved doc matrix boards on them with digital P A systemd and they run a lot more reliably than its predecessors and the class 350s themselves are quicker than the voyagers operated by Avanti West Coast

The worst service in the UK

The worst service in the UK delays every other day if not every day This has a huge impact on people trying to get to work on time and then having to explain to their managers why they are late every other day The staff are living in the dark ages and could do with being re-educated to bring them into current mindsets or get rid of them and bring in some fresh youngsters They should get fined for every train that is delayed and we ll soon see them pull their socks up The senior leadership team really need to take accountability for the level of service they are delivering Absolutely the worst service ever

LNW trains

A real shame that the gate staff are so unbelievably rude Gates often left open whilst staff stand around and chat in groups of three or four yell at passengers or ignore them all together In other parts of the station at Watford and Euston they are so friendly helpful and professional

Robbing c nts The most atrocious train line in the UK and that must be saying somethingOutrageous pricing service keeps getting poorer and expect train cancellations daily no notice just no trains I can t believe what they get away with Shame on them and the useless c nts in government for allowing it to happenThe UK is beyond broken

Poor refund and customer service

Wanted to book a train today and booked on national rail to see train disruptions Called London Northwestern Railway customer service to find out more Yes they answered fast but call centre in another country and could hardly understand what they were saying The refund policy and process of trains cancelled appeared poor unfair and complicated - given it was hard to understand but terrible service Not using this train service now

Worst train company ever

Worst train company ever Trains from my local station are constantly delayed or cancelled with either not explanation or train faults The trains are ridiculously overcrowded particularly because they are frequently short on carriages at their busiest times on long distance journeys Staff are rude and do not communicate with passengers Refund process is quite frankly disgusting My partner recently had a train delayed by nearly an hour his ticket had cost him 42 he was given a refund or 1 20 They should be stripped of the franchise
