I am thankful for the wonderful team in LWC They are very caring understanding and helpful throughout my IVF journey

Comfortable friendly service - can highly recommend

Since our IVF journey begun in July 2022 we instantly felt at home at the Tunbridge Wells clinic Throughout our journey so far the whole team have been so compassionate and supportive from sitting in reception waiting to be seen through to attending scans and appointments No question goes unanswered and they are full of knowledge which has given comfort and reassurance to my Wife and I during this time I will always strongly recommend this clinic and team to anyone who is ready to begin their IVF journey

From start to finish they have been amazing

I went for a fertility MOT to just get an idea of my general fertility for peace of mind and the experience was great The tests were quick and easy the nurses were really friendly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the process My consultation with Dr Rimington was excellent He was incredibly helpful insightful and friendly He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions Overall really good experience and would recommend for anyone who wants to understand their fertility and future options

I have just completed my egg retrieval and am awaiting details of my FET I first came to LWC for a fertility MOT towards the end of last year and since the beginning they have been nothing but helpful and reassuring After several months of upsetting and difficult exchanges with the NHS fertility teams LWC have been nothing short of amazing The nursing team have been fantastic especially Hannah No question has been too stupid or too much to answer Fingers crossed for the next phase but so far I am really happy

I have had an amazing experience at the Harley Street location They were flexible in booking my appointments around my work schedule and I was always seen on time Hannah my nurse went above and beyond every single time I saw her She gave me time to ask questions explained the process in detail was reassuring throughout and even came to check on me during my retrieval She was went so beyond the responsibilities of her role I cannot thank her enough I will be doing a second retrieval soon and feel great about my decision to go to London Womens Clinic to do so

All the staff at tunbridge wells were helpful and understanding from the first consultation All are questions were answered thoroughly and with patience We will never forget how friendly the staff were when they called after each treatment and how happy the staff were the morning we spoke to them and told them we were pregnant

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Harley street clinic Through to the nurses to doctors The service reassurance and experience was superb Welcoming our bundle of joy August and we are so grateful to everyone that helped us get here Highly recommend - will certainly be using this clinic again in the future

Darlington - AMAZING

My wife and I had researched many clinics asked friends based on their experience We went to the open day in November 2022 at LWC Canterbury and that was what sealed the deal for us The clinic was clean clinical but still homely the staff wonderfully friendly and very informative We booked the same day to start the process have the first round of tests and scans and book our consultation with DR Remmington After our consultation we made the decision to go with Kind IVF We sort our own donor from a recommendation from LWC The process takes its toll on both of you the hormones my wife had to take the anxiety of waiting the appointments you have to attend scans after scans until they say LETS DO THIS Trigger injection From that moment it was all go go go and the nurses at Canterbury Diane and Christy and Lisa on the front desk were nothing but supportive We had to travel to Harley street for both egg collection and transfer Again the team there couldn t do enough for us As mention before we ordered our donor from a clinic not London sperm bank and there was an issue with regards to the MOT The issue was discovered by the Harley street team upon the egg collection and insemination Amber was incredible and gave us her full support She personally wrote to the clinic with a quality report attached We still went ahead with the process using a different treatment ICSI OR IXY We felt very let down by the sperm bank we used but incredibly supported by LWC We had to pay extra for the IXY treatment however with the help from Amber we received a full refund for the cost of straw We had success and very high grade fertilised egg and when we went for the egg transfer I have to say the team once again were amazing Being a same sex couple they made both of us feel very much part of that all important moment It was so personal and the team made it all that more special The two weeks you have to wait between egg transfer and your pregnancy test are the longest two weeks of your life so pleased be prepared for that As I write this review I am pleased to say we are 13 week pregnant Was a success first time and we are still pinching ourselves everyday at our little miracle My advice would be this - Listen to the clinic they know what they are talking about Follow there directions every step of the way - Read everything they send you there is a lot and once you have read it read it again - Whatever you situation it takes it toll emotionally and physically of both of you Support each other hold each other up A personal thank you to Amber and the team at Harley street and of course to our incredible team at Canterbury Diane Christy and Lisa Thank you you all for just making it feel so personable making US feel included in every step of the process You are all really Dream Makers You made our dream of starting of family come true and for that my wife and I will be forever grateful to you all

Absolutely choose this clinic

Just the best most friendly professional staff Darlington Having received truly poor service from another clinic we were genuinely concerned about trying again with another clinic However all our fears were put to rest following our first visit to Darlington - from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors EVERYONE has been amazing Thank you Darlington
