Appalling communication and customer service
I would love to be able to write a positive review about the Lone Rider ADV tent as I have high hopes for what looks like a great product Sadly the only review I can write is about the woeful customer service experience with Lone Rider I ordered my tent eleven yes eleven weeks ago and each time LR have assured me of a new delivery date it has failed to arrive They have a phone number on their website but this is NEVER answered and on the occasions that Anna answers emails she gives me a new delivery date which comes and goes with no sign of the tent and absolutely no heads up that they can t fulfil the order I am hoping that at some point they will sort out their admin but at the moment I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE COMMERCIAL INVOICE FEDEX RETURNED THE PRODUCT TO LONERIDER WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR IN FULL AND NOW THERE IT SITS IN LIMBO HAD I KNOWN THIS WAS THE WAY THEY OPERATE I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM BUYER BEWARE

Very unimpressed with the lone rider
Very unimpressed with the lone rider service ordered my tent in plenty of time for an extended trip around Australia starting in July what should have been a simple pay and get your tent in under two weeks has now turned into you won t get your tent until September and I have no faith or guarantee it will arrive at all Very disappointed I will keep you updated if and when it arrives

Clearly big issues behind the scenes
Disappointing Website said 2-4 days delivery to UK A large amount of chasing later via email no replies telephone no one answers despite website saying Our mantra is to provide the best possible product and service to all of our fans At Lone Rider you always speak to a human eventually get a reply through on facebook to find all tents out of stock in the UK Website still says 2-4 day delivery A real shame as the product looks good but clearly big problems in the customer service space

Terrible customer service
I m interested in one of their products I can t reach anyone I ve left multiple emails that have gone unanswered I ve left voice mails that have gone unanswered and that s on the rare occasion their answering system allows you to leave a message I will not buy from them based on my experience and the negative reviews of others

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service - order arrived short of an item I cant get hold of anyone to tell them They blatantly do not answer within a few minutes or care about customer service I have still not managed to contact anyone by phone email chat on the website or Facebook Steer clear This stuff isnt cheap but once they have your money they obviously dont care

I ve bought a Moto Tent from them One of the panels when it arrived was badly marked I ve tried speaking to someone but no one answers the phone I ve left several messages but as yet have not had a reply I ve also left several email messages same again no one has replied I m now thinking of taking legal action as I cant afford to buy a replacement tent I m also a member of three different motorcycle clubs and I will be letting other members know NOT to purchase anything from Lone Rider And anyone reading this review please beware of the none existent backup complaints system I CERTAINLY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service hard to get a descent reply After a few days not hearing from them I tried to cancel my order The answer was that it was already handed over to UPS but the order was still unfulfilled After 24 hours after my request to cancel my order I got the message from UPS that they didn t have possession of the package yet Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package So they lie to there customers just because they don t want to cancel your order Very bad customer experience will never buy from them again if this is the way they handle there customers Hopefully their products will have better quality than their service
