Debi Callahan was very professional helpful and pleasant to work with She was always there to answer questions or to go over documents or any other issues There were bumps in the road to be sure all with the outside appraisers but she helped me stay focused on the goal which has ultimately worked out favorably I would also like to give a shout out to April Hoffman who was also instrumental in helping me get through the process I think she was even more frustrated with the appraisers than I was Brian
