I placed an order for a guitar guitar strap stand and guitar case I received all of the items except the guitar No phone number to contact customer service and no one is responding to my emails This was a gift for my son and I ve been ripped off I just want the product I ordered or a refund Buyer beware

Zero customer service
I purchased a loog guitar package for my son s Christmas present in November Everything arrived on time but when we opened the box on Christmas Day the guitar was broken and it was the wrong style we ordered the electric they sent the acoustic I immediately emailed their customer support and received an automated response that was not applicable to my situation I ve emailed back but I ve heard nothing Their customer service is terrible and while the product looks great I would not recommend shopping with them

I would highly recommend to others
I would highly recommend to others not to buy this I bought a 3 string kids guitar for my grandkid The neck was small and that s good bit the steel strings are very hard to press onto the frets The body is a weird shape and only odd colors were offered

Appalling customer and delivery experience d
Ordered guitar on 11 Dec for delivery to the UK At the checkout page it gave a delivery date rate between 16-21 Dec I figured even with a bit of delay I should be fine Since 11 Dec the DPD tracking page has just said parcel data received from sender which means DPD haven t received it from the seller yet Contacted customer service and got a couple of overly cheery but ultimately useless emails Two days ago I was told the DPD tracking would be updated but nothing I am now being completely ignored My son will not have his Christmas present thanks to this shocking delivery service I am not even sure I will receive it at all I fear my order has been lost into the void Avoid Avoid Avoid

Cheap poor quality product Awful customer service
Absolutely awful experience Cheap flimsy awful product with even worse customer care Avoid do not buy I wished I had read the terrible reviews before I purchased As a guitar player myself I was SO excited to receive this and give it to my son for Christmas After first opening it I noticed the quality of the guitar is extremely cheap and flimsy Very poor quality and tinny in sound Parts of it feel as though they will break with the lightest of touches definitely not ideal for a product designed for a child The app is awful outdated and slow Upon opening the box and realising the poor quality of the product I immediately reached out to customer service team to let them know my concerns and that I d like to return the product which was of course unused and its original state since receiving it I was dealt with by what I can only describe as the worst ever customer service I have ever dealt with in my life After back and forth with them I was told it couldn t be returned as I live in the U K only if you live in the USA I would strongly advise anyone to steer well clear of ordering from this company The whole experience from the extremely poor quality of the product to the after sales team has been atrocious

I will NOT pay for THEIR mistake
I ordered a guitar for my grandson as a Christmas gift I also ordered the gig bag listed with the guitar on the same page as the guitar Then I checked my email to see if the order was confirmed it was However the next morning when I checked my emails which I only check once a day I saw a half hour later there was an email sent saying it was the wrong size bag that was ordered and I had 12 hours to correct it I did not see the email in time to correct it so the wrong bag is being sent Now any reasonable person would think that the bag listed WITH the guitar on the SAME PAGE as the guitar would be the CORRECT BAG for that guitar Since the link orders the wrong size bag I consider the mistake was on their end not my end There is no indication on the guitar page that there are 3 different bags available One has to actually click on the gig bag link to find that out But even with that knowledge there are no dimensions listed for any of the bags and there are no dimensions listed for the guitar itself so how would a customer know which bag would be correct anyway even if it had indicated there were 3 different bags available Seems their ADD TO CART link should automatically order the correct size bag for the guitar it is listed with When I contacted them I was told since all the bags are the same price and they have an easy return process so simply return the wrong bag and exchange it for the correct bag But upon checking their RETURNS page I see I will have to pay a 20 restocking fee PLUS shipping both ways to return the wrong bag and to get the correct bag when the mistake is obviously with your order site and not my fault That is highway robbery I ll just throw this bag away and get for a correct size bag at a local music store

Disappointed and poor customer service
I ordered the natural guitar and it doesn t look anything like the online photo which is clearly photoshopped The arm is a nice wood but the body is a hideous yellow and customer service aren t helpful in either exchanging or refunding Only offering a 20 refund which is still a lot of money for an ugly guitar Really disappointed

ITEMS not received - 250 good missing
My parcel of multiple items from this company has failed to arrive Yet to be established if Loog allow their deliveries to be left without signature or whether DPD have left without a signature and it js their error Customer service has been awful suggesting that items have been stolen and that I can buy new ones at 25 discount Their Black Friday deals are cheaper So all round it s not a great company to buy expensive items rrom
