Really bad
It was ok many years ago but now Really low interest even banks do better Almost impossible to invest because the computer give priority to big investors They do not care about anyone else than big investors The interest is brutal and even if you do not live in Belgium they are taxing you and you have to pay another tax in the country you are living Customer service is really bad they never try to solve the issues you could have

Very satisfied with the client support
No bad surprises so far easy to use A couple of investments were canceled by L F because the borrower did not meet the clauses which is a good sign protecting me as a lender The only small negatives I would mention Between the call for funds and the start of the actual payback you loose a few weeks hence actual return The other negative is a couple of cases the borrower uses a clause of partial refund which I see as a r duction of my expected return But all in all very seriously managed so far
