Too bad the product is attractive the customer service is a dud

Too bad they have a good website and attractive advertising Don t try to ask them anything though I waited on a chat for over 2 hrs and when I called customer service its said hold for a rep and then I got a dial tone over and over They never answered my email question either

Fraudulent This company is a scam I ordered the pink tinted Muse readers 6 weeks ago for 68 60 and my order still states order placed When you call customer service you get a recording of a woman with a very thick accent saying they can t get to the phone and they never call you back When you email with your order number they email you back saying your order is on the way but it never shows up Scam scam scam

I received a pair of readers in July

I received a pair of readers in July They were huge on my face and the strength was wrong I immediately returned them at a local post office It s Sept and I still haven t received my refund The number provided on the website is not a working There s no way to reach a live person and it immediately hangs up on me The packaging never said to go to the website to return and now the company says they don t have my return Never purchase from this company since they don t make it as way as they claim for a refund

Eh Not at all like I expected

Eh I couldn t wear them all the time both pairs I ordered were all magnified top and bottom Kept the sunglasses because they were not refundable However I still have to bring regular sunglasses if I want to not be reading all the time Super disappointed seemed like such a good idea

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I bought 3 pairs of the Sullivan frames and they all broke within 6 months and the company says they stand behind the product but did nothing for me Don t waste your money they don t last

They do not answer their 800 nor responde to their contact us emails

Ordered glasses on 4 2 23 Got an email with order confirmation On 4 3 got order shipped email-and the fine print says orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days 4 11- no package so I called 800 left v m Got a text within an hour about my order that it was shipped and to wait another 5 business days So I went back to that original email I got on the 3rd- and checked the tracking - then called the carrier directly Carrier never received a package from LookOptic- therefore it has never shipped Have called everyday since leaving voicemails and emailed once NO ONE ever gets back to me Do not order from here
