8 days and waiting for next day delivery Refusing to refund me also

Have waited over a week for a next day delivery They have refused to refund me And said that they will update me when the courier supplies more information I m not sure how this is the consumers fault I should have bought this on Amazon Had their been any problems they d of been sorted right away I try and support independent businesses but I ve learned my lesson In an age of free next day delivery and instant returns on Amazon how do they expect to retain customers when they treat them so badly Speaking to an actual human is also almost impossible and they just parrot the same blanket responses and never actually answer the questions you ask Also takes one to two days between replies Terrible company

This is a serious complaint about an order that has never been resolved No 446169736 I received two Skin Refinishers that were due to expire in only 4 months a situation that is unacceptable so I contacted customer service for a solution The first online customer service claimed that the correct product would be reissued and I would not need to return it The new product was then sent out I then used message to communicate with this company and another customer service representative said I needed to return and reissue the new product and provided a return form However the form only stated that a bottle needed to be returned and gave the wrong reason After this I only received ONE new bottle with the exact same expire date This made me angry and I was offended by the confusion and perfunctory nature of the proposed solution

THEY HAVE MULTIPLE TRUSTPILOT ACCOUNTS THIS ONE IS FAKE AND THEY STARTED A NEW ONE WHEN THIS DROPPED STARTS COPY YOUR REVIEW TO THIS PAGE uk dot trustpilot dot com review www dot lookfantastic dot comRubbish customer service The reps don t even type English correctly they just use canned responses and don t comment on the actual issue at hand Just some random info whch is not relevant to the query I ordered an advent calendar in November they didn t dispatch until 7th december I requested a cancellation 3 times before it was processed or dispatched They just ignored me took the money out after my request and then sent the parcel again after my request to cancel I am not around now for a few days so the parcel won t be received until 12th Dec which is halfway to Xmas Completely useless I ll never use them again I ll see if I can complain through Klarna to get a refund that business is run by a bunch of muppets There s no way to speak to anyone in customer services either just useless online forms

Ordered Xmas gift on 22 November Now 17 days later and no sign of it despite chasing many times Still showing item as in stock It has not been dispatched No idea what is going on with the order but I won t be using them again Update on 6 January 6 weeks after ordering they have emailed me to tell me that they dispatched the item Way too late for Christmas and all this after several online conversations with them where they cancelled the order allegedly I now have to waste even more time returning it and waiting for a refund I m never using them again Utterly useless company

1 star is being generous poor customer service ordered calendar in Oct and paid for and no sign iv emailed at least 6 times with all generic replies I m gonna cancel all subscriptions and never use this site again was offered 5 pound gesture for my troubles

0 stars I was gifted a voucher from a family member for xmas and it was faulty despite contacting customer services several times and making several complaints I get told it will be escalated and resolved within 3-5 days or asap and then never hear anything again Absolutely pointless having a customer services department Even If we do eventually get a refund for the voucher I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN Wish I d read all the recent reviews and comments from out of pocket customers on their social media before asking for a voucher

I ordered a NARS foundation which was discounted Received an email saying it had been delivered by Royal Mail while I was out at work Got home no delivery no card from RM and no proof of delivery Cannot get through to Looks Fantastic as is completely automated its customer service all chat bots Will now have to dispute with my bank First and last time I use them

Scam For some reason part of my advent calendar was delivered wrong address under my name It is a very usual name so I know the person who is enjoying my products is fraudulent No customer service as I have been told I have to drive to this address and retrieve the products myself Never experienced such scam Do not order
