Scam No costumer support
I ordered a Jersey for 90 but it was way too large for me so i ordered the right size thinking i could return the large one as it is described on their website I requested and PAYED for the return less than a week after receiving the Jersey Their website however won t create a return label I contacted the support on the return site who responded after 2 months saying i should contact the webshop I emailed the webshop over 5 times and even messaged them on Instagram but not once did I get a response So you have me PAY FOR THE RETURN and don t even let me return the item Is this a scam UPDATE one month later and they still haven t responded This has to be the worst costumer support I ve ever seen

No refund received
I placed an order pre-order on September 17th I received the item on October 11th Unfortunately it was too small I received a return label for this As I can see it has arrived but I am still waiting for my refund I have already emailed about this several times but have been ignored Just ridiculous 3-12-2024 STILL NO REFUND RECEIVED

Never buy here
Already ordered a tracksuit over a month ago as a Christmas gift I understand it might be delayed but inform the customer Furthermore I just live in the Netherlands where the brand comes from how many problems can domestic logistics give you Because according to them they have been in the Netherlands for at least 2 weeks In short just excuses and no tracksuit and if you ask for cancellation they suddenly ignore your mail while they do respond if you send a mail through another account with for example a general question I would not recommend Lord Culture to anyone Update 6-1-2025 They indeed gave me compensation 10 discount on the next order LOL well I can also get if I join the newsletter or what all customers got as a new year promotion So a ridiculous compensation

I have two orders 1 from over a month
I have two orders 1 from over a month ago and one from about 2 weeks ago neither has arrived no emails have been answered no shipping confirmation it just feels like I got scammed Very disappointed as I was excited to receive these items Update the company did infact answer my emails yes it took a very a long time but they were very nice and receptive my most recent order has come still waiting on one from November but i understand that shipping internationally can be a pain so it s really not a big deal Just excited to get my stuff and order more thanks lord culture
