Incorrect and damaged product yet to receive refund replacement from Lordgun in 2023

Updates as of 20 1 2023 Pineapple on pizza for lunch today Take that Experience rating back to 1 star I have reached out to the Australian local distributor and the local reseller They have all rejected the warranty claim as the wheelset was not purchased from them directly I am not sure what agreement Lordgun has reached with the Australian distributor or reseller However as a customer it should not be my job to follow up with supplier distributor insurance company nor to advise Lordgun how to manage warranty claims Could we please just settle with a product replacement a refund I just wanted to ride with the set of wheels that I ordered and paid for I am felling very upset being treated like a human football More pineapple please Purchased a set of Fulcrum wheels from Lordgun on 16th Nov 2022 shipping to Australia Item received on 14 Dec 2022 Be mindful for a hidden additional credit card transection fee on top of the total invoice which will only shows on your credit card statement Item sent was incorrect item received do not match product described on invoice nor the order nor the webpage I ordered a set of Fulcrum E-Racing 4 DB product received was Fulcrum E-Racing 400 DB Back wheel also damaged from shipping Contacted customer service regarding to the incorrect and damaged product number of times with photo evidence damaged box damaged wheel close up of the damage full shot of the wheel wheel with tyre on wheel with tyre off CCTV footage of the delivery evidence of damage prior to box opening evidence of Australia Post did not ask for signature for the good and the product serial number Till today 6 Jan 2023 I have yet to receive any refund or a set of replacement My request is still pending with customer service A little disappointed Depending on the outcome of the refund replacement I cannot recommend to purchase from Lordgun as of 6 Jan 2023 if you are from Australia Updates 19 1 2023 Thank you Lordgun for the reply I still have no luck with the replacement but much appreciated for all the communication My claim is still pending but with the authorised Australian distributor this time round no response from them yet but Lordgun has advised they will follow up Lordgun has been in touch all along since I reported the incorrect product and has been responsive Special thank you to Iku from UK customer service team I have revised my experience to 3 stars to reflect my appreciation on that However I cannot stress enough that my purchase experience was not the best I totally understand the mistake was not with Lordgun However I wish Lordgun could have done more to take on the responsibility by allowing me to return the incorrect product and resend me a replacement I understand Lordgun does not want to be financially penalised by the cost for the return and reshipping The error was made by the supplier and the damage was made by Australia Post I totally get that but I wish Lordgun could have look after the customer first by sending a replacement regardless and deal with the supplier insurance company themselves As a customer I found it very challenging to deal with supplier distributor This should not be my job Furthermore I am not even asking for a refund nor compensation I just wanted to ride on the wheels that I ordered and paid for What I have now is a set of incorrect wheels which I cannot even ride with as I have to keep the wheels as brand new for the return warranty claim As per the credit card hidden fees they are not charged by Lordgun I mentioned it is because Lordgun s website is ending with au however they are based in Italy which will trigger some credit cards issued in Australia to charge an overseas transaction fee Not Lordgun s issue just a FYI for Australian customers whom might not be aware
