We shouldnt be forced to give 1 star Despite their 30 day return gaurantee on their website they try all sorts of delay tactics Eventually I was offered 20 of the price I paid and to keep the item I bought because it would cost too much to return to China What must I do with a jacket that is too small for me I took the offer as I realised there isnt a better alternative
