Lost shipment

Ordered last March 3 2023 Los Angeles Apparel claimed that they have shipped the item on the 4th but it only shows that the label was created not picked up Now they keep on claiming that they have already shipped the item and does not help whatsoever track the item that I ordered Its now March 10 still no update whatsoever

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITYI left an email asking for a refund and received no response For international orders we are expected to contact customer services for refund and yet they don t even bother to respond Complete scam I used to buy from American Apparel back in the day and expected high quality Unfortunately Los Angeles Apparel is definitely not up to par The stitching of the pattern is not aligned and straight lines are sewn haphazardly making it look like a zig-zag Really poor quality so disappointed I was willing to pay more money for Los Angeles Apparel since it s owned by the previous founder of AA rather than buy from American Apparel on Amazon which is much cheaper but it looks like the quality is not better but even worse than current AA I recommend everyone save their money

I m not a review writer but here we are 0 stars I bought 2 90 sweatshirts One came with the seams coming undone out of the package I didn t notice until 2 days after I received it because I didn t try it on until then I wrote them immediately and they said I can t return it because I wore it I tried it on So I wrote back and asked to reconsider No response I asked to escalate it no response I commented on their instagram - comment deleted Over a week later - nothing CRAZY to me and makes me believe that the practices they preach aren t real and really makes me doubt they pay their workers fair Used to be my favorite basics brand

Shirt color was different than online

Ordered a pink shirt and got a brown one they had a warning that the product was Garment Dyed and would be different in the 3rd paragraph of the product description but even if I had seen that I would have been bummed by the difference in color the shirt I got had I contacted them but they won t refund the shipping cost for selling me something that was different than online Careful if you buy a GD piece from them it will be very different from what you see online

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Easily the worst customer service I ve ever received - from anywhere Mitchell claims he is their customer service manager but I m not sure what service he is providing because he has only been unpleasant and unfriendly

Sometimes good quality sometimes awful- and no customer care at all

First pair of shorts came and were great quality Based on that purchase I ordered a pair of sweatpants Not cheap but seemed like a good investment Within 3 weeks of wear and two washes the seams had started to come undone in two places one being in a delicate place it has been virtually impossible to contact customer support and they have not responded once to my emails apart from to say I am here in Germany waiting for your request Weird and rude and expensive too Avoid

How does LA Apparel Mess Up a Crew Neck T-Shirt By Making Them Mock Turtlenecks

I ordered 2 6 5 oz crew neck t-shirts from LA Apparel When they arrived they were more like mock turtle necks I have photos but can t find a place to post them When I wrote to Customer Service telling them how unhappy I was and asking how to return the shirts they wrote me back a kind of silly upbeat email and didn t acknowledge my dissatisfaction Gave me return instructions

I ve shopped with them for years without issue something horrible has happened to this place in the last few months where they cant fulfill and ship a basic order I waited 1 month to receive my original order before they finally agreed to send me a replacement because it was lost by the shipping carrier its worth noting they only agreed to this after i send 10 emails and spoke to 5 people on the phone they sent me the replacement and the bag arrived ripped with items missing I can t believe they re this bad now I wont ever bother ordering anything with them ever again and am filing a claim with my bank

I should have heeded the warnings provided here and not ordered anything from Los Angeles Apparel Instead I ordered a Casio watch they sent it the delivery driver said that I received it I did not and the company refused to make it right The delivery receipt says Left at front door and signed for which are both false Granted it could be a shady delivery person company but this hasn t happened with any of the dozens of things I ve ordered from other companies to the same address And if it did they would not continue to send me package arrival emails and ignore my situation but would issue a refund or replace the watch

If I could zero stars I would This company is absolute TRASH My order has been missing for weeks They sent me both an unworking UPS and USPS tracking number When I reached out they responded in the rudest tone and then continued to ignore my follow up emails for over 3 weeks now Save yourself the money and hassle of dealing with this company
