shipment issues customer service no help
First red flag is that this company claims to have a 4 7 star rating on TrustPilot but at the time of writing this review no reviews have been posted on this site I ordered a Jazz Jilbab in September from this company I got an email confirmation and an email about a shipment with a tracking number I ve received packages from DHL their sender many times before and it s been fine After a month with no shipment status update I tried to contact the company First their email sent back an automated response saying their inbox is full Next I messaged them on Instagram they responded yay Language barriers and time differences aside I m in the US eventually they ask me to contact the postal service in my home country I find out that USPS has never received my package from DHL I request that Losyana submit an investigation request on my behalf They don t I just submitted a request myself though it s meant for senders to submit so I couldn t answer questions like sender address or sender zip code Something unfortunately went very wrong with my order and neither Losyana nor their staff were very helpful I think Losyana could improve their customer service by first making sure that they check their email inbox Have a more responsive staff and take initiative when things go wrong with the order And please don t feign a TrustPilot rating that doesn t exist

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatollahi wa barakatoeh everyone I ordered 3 premium jersey diamond hijabs and i am IN LOVE They are very good quality very breathable also The colours are beautiful I ordered on 30 12 2023 and they arrived on 04 01 2024 the shipping was so fast i was actually expecting it to take longer I recommend Losyana and i will totally buy more Fi amanillah to all my sisters
