No refund or warranty policy
I bought a limited edition bag from loungefly and the seams ripped within 2 months of using this purse I messaged them requesting a refund with pictures of the bag tags and receipt and they did nothing I spent 100 on this bag and I was disappointed with the poor quality I m a loyal customer but now I m not sure I want to purchase things from them anymore

Customer Service Returns Nah Not possible
Placed an order Took weeks to fulfill Would not cancel the order after such a long delay in shipment because fulfillment begins immediately but somehow also takes weeks Asked to return the items after they finally arrived waited several days to get a response that I would get a label in a week Waited two weeks no label and no response Filed a claim with PayPal and still no response Their product has been sitting in a box ready to return for weeks now and I cannot get a label or return authorization to send it back I complied fully with their utterly ridiculous 7 day return policy but after weeks and weeks of waiting I cannot get anyone to respond Unacceptable

They have horrible customer service
They have horrible customer service I wish I would have read reviews before ordering ORDER NUMBER 10849867I ordered July 5th and received a backpack that was packaged and I box that was way too small for the backpack resulting in it arriving bent and damaged The zipper is also faulty Customer service won t help me with a replacement or refund I technically have not received what I ordered It doesn t state I The product description that it ll arrive damaged an with faulty zippers Took them to BBB and left a review there as well

You can t reach anyone by phone and no one from customer service answers your emails The phone numbers are just outgoing messages with no way to reach a human or leave a message If I knew this company was this was difficult to reach I would not have ordered

Terrible service
They take absolutely no responsibility in defects in their products Purchased a Loungefly bag and the strap was not sewn properly - a manufacturer issue and it s only been used a handful of times and they basically said they ll try not to let it happen anymore sorry sucks to be you Wouldn t recommend for the price you pay for it

Please save your money and don t shop here
- Took ages upon ages to ship even though their website said otherwise - couldn t ship the entire order Should be possible to have control over stock in these ages - Didn t recieve an update that they parcel was shipped even though i was promised otherwise Only ever got a confirmation and partial refund notice - Customer service didn t respond in timely manner and when they did it seemed non caring and auto generated - Must have been using the slowest method ever to ship the goods - I Didn t recieve the parcel It says delivered but the package might have been stolen or lost Didn t recieve the usual photo of the parcel either by postnord If i had recived the tracking number i could have made so that i was home Funko says it was delivered and won t take responsibility so the money and product is lost - Aggressive advertising Spam- My first experience shopping with them wasn t i happy one either But that time the order actually arrived All in all a cold and unwelcome experience I have never experienced the likelihood from any other company I have not only lost faith in the webstore but also Funko Loungefly as a brand and won t be purchasing any products from any retailer I mean They sell cutesy stuff and all but for that price even during sale you ll be better off

Horrible Took forever to ship And then there was a problem They have NO customer service They email you with trivia and you have no way to respond If you have a problem with your very expensive order they won t solve it They ll ignore you until you go away

So disappointing
Bought a loungefly Disney bag via Amazon On the first use the zip completely stops working which is a bit of a nightmare when in Disneyland Contacted loungefly and they will do absolutely nothing So disappointing from such a big company when their prices are absolutely astronomical

Buyer beware
Buyer beware My husband purchased a special edition 50th Anniversary Disney backpack for me I loved it and was so excited I am extra cautious with it knowing it is a special edition I was really upset when I noticed the straps cracked and are tearing away When I contacted the manufacturer they said they do not give a warranty even though it is obviously poor quality 100 out the window I won t be buying anytjing else from them

Defective pin
I contacted their customer service after finally getting a chaser pin I d been trying to pull for a long time Sadly the pin had a major defect and instead of being willing to send a replacement or a complimentary pin to make up for the defected one I received they gave me a 10 off code for the website This is a discount that anyone who signs up for emails gets Very frustrating
