Oasis of Calm in busy Airport
When we arrived there was a queue waiting to get in the Lounge we were worried the Lounge would be busy but there was plenty of room They have a quiet area which is good if you want away from the chatter You are allowed 4 drinks each from the bar which is adequate really The food was refreshed often whist we we in and was of good quality Be aware most check -ins open 3 hrs before the flight time and you have to be at the gate before the flight time so your 3hs in the Lounge is cut by quite a bit Screens in the lounge keep you up to date reference the time you need to go to the gate

I had a problem with the date on my pass The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with getting it resolved It did involve a call to the Lounge Pass support and they were equally helpful with getting this resolved

The lounge was a great respite from a long layover
The lounge was very nice the food was good the service was spotty When we first arrived they tried to deny us entry claiming that the lounge was full When i pointed out the numerous open seats we were accomodated but she wasn t happy about it Through out our stay they continued trying to turn people away claiming there was no space most people did leave I was shocked at this behavior The bartender was great The person working the food area was great The person busing the tables was great But the people working the front were arrogant and rude to almost everyone who came in Overall though the experience was great We had a long layover and the lounge was perfect for that
