Unable to access order

I ordered 3 digital images back in November 2020 and waited for an email with the images After not receiving anything I searched my junk mail in December and I found an email with a link to access the images However on trying to activate the link a message stated it had expired I emailed Love Exclusive Photography back in December to ask if I could be sent an active link to access my images However I have had no response from you until now when I received an email to rate your service Due to my experience and the fact I still can t access the photos of my daughter which had been purchased as part of a Christmas present for her grandparents who haven t been able to see her since the lockdown started in March 2020 I m afraid I can only rate your service as very poor I would be very grateful if you could respond to my email and send an active link so that I can access the images I have paid for Thank you

Order still processing after 3 months

Placed an order back in June and still haven t recieved my download photos No reply to my emails and I m 45 out of pocket Order is still processing
