Terrible Experience with Love Holidays Avoid at All Costs I recently booked a package holiday with Love Holidays and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had Firstly the accommodation provided was nothing like what was advertised We booked a self-catering apartment which should have included basic facilities like a cooker but when we arrived there was no oven just a microwave and a two-ring hob How are you supposed to cook for a family of five for two weeks with that Completely misleading and unacceptable To make matters worse they separated my family into different rooms upon arrival even though we specifically booked accommodation to be together This caused major distress especially since I have a child with autism who requires additional support Love Holidays completely failed to acknowledge the emotional impact this had on our family I tried multiple times to contact their support team while we were still on holiday to resolve these issues but I was either ignored or told to wait until we got home to complain When we finally did get a response after the holiday they just passed the blame onto the hotel and refused to offer any compensation or meaningful help Their customer service is a joke and they take no responsibility for anything For a company that claims to provide stress-free enjoyable holidays they are completely untrustworthy and irresponsible They should not be allowed to sell package holidays when they clearly don t understand what it means to take care of their customers I would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking through Love Holidays to look elsewhere This company is all about taking your money and providing substandard services without any support when things go wrong Avoid Love Holidays at all costs

Got a package holiday flights been cancelled but not hotel to Tenerife they will not answer emails phone calls or letters won t pay our flight money back till Norwegian have paid it to love holidays never use this company again

I regret ever booking a holiday with loveholidaysofficial because they have made my life miserable and asked me to pay outrageous amounts for cancellation for a holiday that is 8 weeks away I booked a holiday on their site some weeks ago and for some unforeseen reasons I needed to reschedule my trip from May to October but this has been a nightmare to navigate Firstly I was asked to contact the airline myself to reschedule my flight although loveholidaysofficial was the one that sorted the initial booking They made me go back and forth between them and the airline The airline ryanair did not make things easy for me their website does to allow one to check and reschedule their flights and after I got through to them I got an outrageous- the cost of rescheduling was more than the flight cost Now to cancel loveholidays is asking me to pay outrageous amounts for a holiday that is 8 weeks away

Horrific experience

Under no circumstances should you book a holiday with loveholidays They will make you hate holidays They have categorically lied to me and they go OUT of their way to avoid talking to people Their internet only style is their way of avoiding any customer engagement I m just so angry with myself that I didn t go online and search loveholidays refund hell before booking with them They hide some very nasty things in their terms and conditions that they do not tell you on the booking page They rely on you not reading it They pretend to care about customers but they hate their customers They love taking money from them and treating them with zero respect I ve had more respect from a brick wall They are a horrendous anonymous business that makes me despair for the future of holiday companies and business in general AVOID and don t just take my word for it Search the internet read moneysaving expert do a tiny bit of research before parting with one penny On the surface you might save a little money but honestly it s not worth the risk and damage to your mental health AVOID Interesting that there are 9 entries for loveholidays on trustpilot They are all the same and they should all be avoided at all costs

I initially booked two weeks with Love

I initially booked two weeks with Love holidays but when a friend was also going I hopefully extended it by a further two weeks The flight from Gatwick to Almeria good the transfer to the hotel good On arrival at the hotel I find that there was NO RESERVATION I knew the staff fortunately from previous so they found me room and I paid for two weeks until the second part of my holiday kicked in then I had the second two weeks there trouble free BUT WHERE DID LOVE HOLIDAYS THINK I WAS GOING TO SPEND THE FIRST TWO WEEKS I might add that I am 90 years of age requiring assistance I certainly received assistance from Easy jet and the transfer company but NONE from Love Holidays AVOID AVOID AVOID

Never book a holiday with this company buy your tickets and find your own hotel It s costing us a bomb this holiday to Spain they promised luggage and seats were paid for but it wasn t Still in dispute they are going to listen to call conversations now are they for real I hope the hotel is real otherwise we will be staying god knows where when we get there
