Possible scam website

I ordered a jewellery box over a week ago paid for tracked 48 hour delivery and have received nothing The tracking number doesn t work I ve emailed and also used their contact form and have had no response I m wondering if this is a scam They have taken my money without any problem

Avoid avoid avoid - I received my jewellery box It was poor quality had a bent necklace holder and not a very nice colour You have to email to find a returns address which is in Belgium Nothing on the website to suggest this - all I could find was a London address Returns are at your own cost A disgrace Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered

This is a scam company

This is a scam company Like many others I ordered in November lots of chasing and them saying tracker not updated Then suddenly it was delivered but it hadn t been and I have CCTV proof there was no delivery Now they say another five days Don t use them I am now going through PayPal to get my 40 I wish I had visited here first

I wished I had read these reviews before I purchased a watch box from them Constantly emailing them asking for my money back to be told my order has been processed and shipped and is still on its way

No communication and fire reviews

I ordered a jewellery box in good faith as a gift- it looked lovely I received an email 8 days ago to tell me that it would be shipped shortly but then unfortunately there was radio silence and no reply to my email asking for an update I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because clearly this is a company to be avoided and I assume I will never receive my purchase and the 32 is lost forever You live and you learn

Pathetic service

Ordered a product 10 days ago and received the confirmation mail after 3 days with a tracking number which does not exist since a week I have been trying to track the parcel only for it to be found nowhere The customer service just doesn t exist No matter how many emails you send or how many times you try to talk to someone in their so called online chat It appears to be a scam website please be cautious
