Needed help and got it

I m writing this review to thank Love Theatre for accommodating my wife and I after our plans changed and we were no longer able to attend the 2 30 show of Back to the Future and instead needed to change it to 7 30 Assuming I would be denied or that it would take a long time and many emails or phone calls to fix within a couple of hours we had new tickets and were able to download them This gives us much more flexibility in our visit to London and we couldn t be happier Thanks to Matthew for the quick turnaround time and perfectly acceptable replacement tickets

Trish was absolutely fantastic

Trish was absolutely fantastic and very prompt in helping me out with my issue Despite receiving an automated email response that it could take up to 10 days for a response Trish had replied within 2-3 hours and sorted out my problem Will definitely be booking tickets again via LOVETheatre

Extra ticket

Georgia was extremely helpful when I realised I only booked 2 tickets instead of 3 She moved us to another part of the stalls and I paid the difference easy payment system Thank you Georgia you have made me very happy

Trish and outstanding service

I contacted LOVETheatre to book a seat for Cabaret and to clarify what aisle and non aisle seats meant as it was not clear on the theatre plan Trish responded to my inquiry promptly We exchanged a few emails and Trish was so absolutely lovely and so extremely helpful I was able to go back to the seating plan and book my ticket knowing where I wanted to sit Trish made it a pleasure to communicate with her

Only just learning Right Mouse I prefer to speak to a person Georgia helped me by being understanding to my sausage fingers on the computer I booked theatre ticket for the wrong month Georgia re-booked for the correct month and day Georgia selected the best seats going for me Thanks you for your ex excellent sevice Your a credit to your company

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service Due to the train strikes I asked if it was possible to amend my tickets to another day I had a swift reply from Trish who continued to communicate with me every step of the way to achieve this My last communication was on Friday afternoon By Saturday lunchtime Georgia had picked up my case and had resolved the missing piece I will be recommending this company and will definitely use again Thanks Nicky

I had to change my booking for a show Id bought tickets for my daughter and fiance to see in February due to an unexpected hospital appointment Trish dealt with this amazingly without any fuss Great service Other companies could learn from this Would highly recommend Love theatre
