I m really not sure what all of these negative reviews are about Love Too True has remained one of my favourite companies since I started ordering and fell in love with them So please do not let the reviews here out you off People have to remember that they are only a very small team and are doing their best with all the postal delays and the backlog of orders due to quarantines etc so try to be more understanding they ve grown a large following so trying to fulfil orders quickly would be difficult in normal circumstances let alone with everything that s been going on in the world I believe there are only two people shipping the orders My experience with them has only been positive I have been ordering for a few years now and adore every piece I own the quality is always high I usually have to size up in the trousers but they fit really well are super flattering and always receive so many compliments and have people wanting to get them for themselves Love Too True makes up many of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe I ordered recently and I expected delays as they stated on the website The items took 3 weeks to get to me but I don t mind that they arrived they communicated issues with me and kept me updated and their customer service was excellent One of the items on my order had an issue with the manufacturer so they contacted me gave me options on what I wanted to do I opted for an exchange they responded to me updated my order and shipped my package within 20 minutes of me responding and were super kind and professional with all the correspondence I received And the items arrived 2 days later I can t recommend Love Too True enough and I tell everyone about them and their awesome stuff I even managed to cop up a few of the final sample sale items which was amazing and so affordable They often have great sales on so keep an eye out on Instagram and their website app to keep updated on those if you don t want to pay full price
