I am a new customer to Lovetovisit and
I am a new customer to Lovetovisit and was inevitably hesitant in booking via a company I did not know however I am very happy I did Also I want to add I did read all the positive responses and think can all these be real however I know you may think the same about this but I am very much a genuine customer Bought tickets for SeaLife as they had 20 off standard prices I do have a BlueLight Card however I only booked at 11pm the night before and BlueLight terms were I have to book 24 hour before After paying I got a text within SECONDS with a link to my tickets followed by an email I cautiously went to scan the tickets at SeaLife the next morning and low and behold - ZERO problems I even asked the lady at the desk if she had heard of LovetoVisit before and how I was apprehensive and she responded oh we have lots of customers purchase tickets off their - they are definitely legitimate Thanks Lovetovisit for my discounted tickets and seemless process

Successful outcome after a problem
Received email without tickets attached resent it too late for us to use so not able to gain entry on the day After further contact with the company I have now received a full refund and gift card so all is good Thank you to the customer service team for all your help

Awesome Company
Used love to visit to purchase some Theatre tickets to Matilda the musical in the West End The process was simple and the customer service was so friendly when I had a query about the venue They resolved my issue efficiently and were a pleasure to speak to I m confident we got the best deal on our seats too Definitely booking with them again

Refreshingly great customer service
Having managed to somehow mess up my online booking resulting in my credit card not being accepted I phoned and spoke to Joe He couldn t have been more helpful offering to check my application and phone back which he did even offering to help me make the booking All sorted now Thanks Joe you are a great ambassador for your Company

Our tour guide Graham was brilliant walking tour of Agatha Christie life Definitely recommend if a fan or not what an amazing women Walking tour which lasted two and half hours learnt so much about the queen of crime Started the tour Torquay promenade

I would 100 recommend Lovetovisit I sadly made a an error with my booking when I contacted them Andy went above and beyond to help fix my problem quickly and efficiently The price of our tickets were so reasonable and much cheaper than booking our day out to Wicksteed Park directly I will definitely be booking through Lovetovisit again
