Totally professional service I found Arif and the LoveUmrah team to be very professional and efficient while assisting me to make all my booking requirements I found them to be courteous and helpful in fulfilling my hotel bookings in both Makkah and Medinah at much better rates than my own research Our Umrah trip is in a couple of months time and Inshallah we will find the hotels to be convenient and comfortable

Alhamdulillah this was the best experience for me and my family from start to finish the team at Love Umrah made the the whole tour very educational and meaningful all the transport and accommodation where all taken care of with little to no hassle brother Alum went above and beyond to ensure everything and everyone was taken care of Also sister Durdana was fantastic helping any of the sisters needs I would 100 recommend Love Umrah to any newbies Ajimun

Service delivery

There was good reception and communication with the team especially Maria but the hotels that was booked was nice except for the one in Madinah with non functioning lifts at some times
