I bought a product almost a year ago Cost was about 70 Months later the product arrived and it failed to work After multiple complaints and many emails months passed and a replacement same product was sent Not only did it not work but it heated up until I could not hold it I feared fire and placed it outside on the driveway I explained this to the company and months later they said a replacement was in transit That was 2 months ago Now they refuse to answer emails even though my complete contact info was provided I am fairly certain that my 70 is gone and that I shall never hear from them I asked for their identifying info and they never responded

HORRIBLE service Placed my order on October 10th and still have not received it 20 days later The only response is that I need to research with Post Office because they show it was delivered to a parcel locker These people are crooks don t waste your time Fortunately I only lost 40

No reason to cancel my order

I placed an order but due to my address has lots of parcel thieves I gave my PO BOX address They did not contact me regarding the address and just process refund Then I place a new order and using my friend s mailing address then they cancel and refunded my order They claimed Canada Post is on strike WTF Canada Post is on strike when I placed my first order Again no communication to me and just cancel and refunded me F-ing frustrating

Don t waist your money I bought a toy in October 2024 It came totally damaged without any of this promised functions no vibration no thrusting and no heating They gave me an option of 10 of the purchase price which would be 6 59 is Or a replacement I m still waiting The tracking number of 17 track leads to a standard message that it is in route Bad customer service and poor product
