I have just completed my first 6 month

I have just completed my first 6 month with the LYS program I found LYS while scrolling through instagram reels I had already put in a lot of work to heal my eczema and topical steroid withdraw but this program helped me go deeper It is different than previous programs I ve tried with naturopaths and herbalists This program is built all around community Everyone in the program has experienced eczema or TSW and it is so nice to know you are not alone They educate you so well and help you to feel confident in your healing journey They are there teaching you how to heal your skin but also your gut brain mental state every part of the body I can t recommend it enough and I was on the fence about starting It is a bit of an investment but if you are able then I think it s worth it to put your health as a priority It s best if you can dedicate time to go to the calls live and really immerse yourself in the community

I can honestly say the best decision that I made for my health was to sign up for Alicia s Love Your Skin program I had exhausted my options with conventional dermatology and I had tried functional doctors diets supplements etc Nothing was working and my eczema was just getting worse Alicia s program taught me how to heal my eczema from the inside out along with providing an understanding of how my body is connected physically mentally and emotionally One of the things I value about the program is that Alicia and her team specialize in eczema and they have so much knowledge about the complexities of this specific condition I was not given a one-size-fits-all solution but rather an individualized plan that addressed what was going on in my body and why it was happening My goals when starting the LYS program were to have clear skin understand the root cause of my eczema and address the imbalances in my body so that I could get pregnant with my first child Today my skin is clear I have the tools and resources to manage any flare-ups and I m busy running after my ten-month-old daughter I cannot recommend this program enough

The program has different aspects that made sense when I was looking for a different approach to healing and they aligned with what I was after Finding the root cause so you could heal from the inside out while learning to prioritize your well being supported by an amazing team of Nutritionists Naturopaths Mindset Coaches Breathwork Facilitator and a Psychotherapist They all provide support and wisdom in different areas that we neglected for different reasons I learnt about the importance of balance in so many different ways and felt so empowered when I started seeing my skin change from red and itchy to flaky and dry to finally clear My mindset changed my nervous system was regulated and I realized one day how far I ve come and how much my life has changed for the better Being part of a community was very important for me too because even though I had full support of my family and closest friends they still didn t understand what I was going through The empathy that this condition teaches you has changed me as a human and I m definitely a better person because of it but I m also so much stronger connected to my body and happier thanks to the Love Your Skin Program and its community I did the program while traveling 3 different countries and living in a van for a month definitely not the ideal scenario for some people that want to be as dedicated as possible but also life happens I saw working mom s and so many other hardworking people doing their best and showing up for themselves There are tons of awesome and inspiring testimonials on their Love Your Skin Eczema Relief Support Group on Facebook I finished the program in January and I haven t had a flare since April They never got as bad as they used to and the little ones in between have been mainly related to huge stress from moving across the world They heal so quickly without me losing my mind and freaking out like I used to This program will provide the tools to connect with your own health physical and mental Now I am the one that it s in charge of the flares and my health overall that s one of the best feelings you will have after you have been in the Love Your Skin Program

I have completed the 6th month LYS Program and have learned so much more then I thought I would Their patience with me as I learned how to navigate all the online stuff was so kind Even after joining a wrong zoom call I was so embarrassed The 6 pillars are a life long balance I believe but so useful Another big thing for me was stopping all the seed oils that cause inflammation and going gluten free If I can navigate and learn how so can you It s an investment that is well worth it I so appreciate having continued access to the modules and recipes If you want a root cause answer please take this class It s something you can not only take with you for life but teach others too

This Program Helped Me Heal My Eczema

I came to the LYS Program after struggling with chronic eczema since I was a little girl I knew there was another way to treat my eczema as opposed to the topical steroids I had been using for years The LYS Program helped me understand that eczema is a complex issue with many different root causes They helped me identify what my root causes were and set up the best protocols for me to address the inflammation in my body from the inside out What I especially loved was the emphasis on the nervous system and learning how to implement techniques such as breathing and yoga to get my body out of fight flight and into the parasympathetic rest and digest state in order to heal My skin has never been clearer and my lifestyle has changed Thank you to Alicia and everyone else who keep this program running

This program is legit

This program is legit I was a bit concerned when I found this program through Instagram hoping it wouldn t be a scam because I was so desperate for health help It s real it s spectacular I loved working with the naturopath team It has been a ver supportive experience from beginning to end They have great knowledge and actually helped me find the root cause to my eczema that was causing me so so much misery I am so grateful God led me to find this program and all these amazing women who helped me get through a really dark period of my life Thank you all so much

A life changing investment

This program consists of a team of eczema specialists that TRULY understand what it is to have skin disorders the experience of Topical Steroid Withdrawl and all the things awful and beautiful that comes with a life with these kinds of diseases and what it means to truly heal Pretty much all of them have been through it themselves It is terrible to deal with eczema alone with professionals doctors dermatologists acupuncturists naturopaths etc etc etc that may mean well but cannot connect with you on this kind of level I m extremely touched with those who have helped me and other members of the program who posted any advice helpful links anecdotes reflections etc It is an expensive program to be sure but I found the practictioners and coaches to be very understanding of that As well if you look at it you get extremely available naturopaths and mindset coaches who stay with you for a long period of time instead of booking an appointment with a specialist one hour at a time That provides more meaningful bang for your buck in my mind And as you get further on in your journey it only gets more complicated and more challenging but to have knowledgeable professionals and coaches and a whole community supporting you and cheering you along the way provides more benefit than I can put into mere words

This program takes a holistic approach to helping heal your eczema It looks at all aspects of your life that can and do affect your skin and overall health help you to identify the issues and then get you on the path to healing once you correct the issues Looking at your skin health is only a tiny part of eczema There is so much more to it including your gut your diet your sleep your nervous system your ability to handle life s trials and tribulations They teach you how to eat better nurture yourself allow yourself time to reflect and identify things and give your body the rest and healing time you need and establish good healing practices in your life that will lead to better skin and better overall health The support of the staff is incredible and they are all so caring and nurturing and the group sessions are also a great way to learn not just from the staff but from other eczema warriors You will be able to get the exact amount of support you need as you get to be as interactive as you need to be The platform is great to use and very user friendly with lots of great instruction Listen learn and heal I did and I am extremely happy
