I received a letter just today and the ask me to pay for 89 67gb The reason why I need to pay the said because I had a debt from three mobile And which is I don t have any debt from three I m paying monthly for my mobile contract Actually i had insurance for along time ago til now i didnt cancel and I m still paying for it It was 10gb before now I m paying for 20gb plus And I ask the Indian custumer service to cancel and he doesn t help me How could it be this is ridiculous Last year the send me a letter twice for 2 payments And here we go again I had another payment

They told me I owed money from a o2

They told me I owed money from a o2 account so I paid them When I released I did not owe o2 any money I sent them evidence of this and they proceeded to mark my credit rating and refused to give me the money back Bunch of cowboys that need to be regulated better

Constantly sending me letters that are nothing to do with me Claiming I owe money from something which was settled years ago

Good at taking your money but not so good at updating your credit file

Lowell are really quick at setting up a payment plan for you to pay off your debts but once they are paid they do not update the credit reference agencies or send adequate proof that the account is closed This is now causing me real issues trying to rent another property My account was settled in May 2024 and my CCJ is still showing as active on my credit file and I just receievd a generic letter stating my account is settled after chasing them for this I am now having to chase again to get my credit file updated and confirmation from the courts that this CCJ is settled

I have a big issue with your service I called to make payment but your system could not find me I called a while back and faced the same problem it was finally concluded you had the wrong surname I requested corrections and never received any from you It is offensive to be addressed by the wrong name I wonder what that says about your service

some guy rang me about some credit card debt i had and said let s work out a budget for repayment i told him he will be getting what i gave the original creditor he s like that ll take you a year to pay off we want 30 00 a month told him he s getting what i gave original creditor and hung up

Lowell Debt Masters of empty threats and zero proof They chase people with claims they can t even back up Here s a thought provide actual evidence before demanding payment Where s the original agreement The Deed of Assignment Notices Default letters Compliant legal documentation under Section 136 of the Law of Property Act 1925 or Section 44 of the Companies Act 2006 Oh right nowhere to be found Until they can meet their legal obligations their demands are just noise Don t let them intimidate you Fight back and expose their dodgy practices Leave your review and make your voice heard
