My loan originator Sean O Neil is kind upbeat patient and very considerate of an old lady with minimal computer skills He is keeping me aware of every step being taken to help me secure this loan and directs me patiently in areas I need more assistance

Our loan officer Shawn really helped us out We had a challenging situation that he was able to navigate and get our loan closed Really appreciate his responsiveness to my many questions and concerns Wish he could get the underwriters to do the same In any event when we refinance in a couple years we will be looking to go through Shawn and Lower again
