I visited Lowe s on 6 05 23 at about 10 30 I needed some filler for a couple of cracks in my sidewalk I was very pleased with the service I received Bryan helped me find the exactly right item Quikcrete 10 fl oz concrete only 5 68 Jen at checkout was very welcoming She made me feel like a valued customer I drive past Home Depot on my trip to Walmart every other week When I need a home improvement item I stop at either Home Depot or Lowe s which is next to Walmart My great experience during this visit makes it more likely that I will continue past Home Depot and turn into Lowe s

I visited my local Lowe s Hardware here in Gastonia NC a few times these past couple week There was a young man named Zack in the garden center He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and that I had everything I needed and more He even took the time to make sure that all that retaining wall that weighed atleast 400 pounds was evenly distributed in my car Some in the trunk in both back floor boards and passenger floor board while i weighed the drivers seat down Something I had not thought of Great customer service

I ve had a great experience with Lowe s anytime I ve ever had to return anything there s never been a problem I have their Lowe s charge card and the best thing is I m a vet and they give me 10 discount and I m not aware if anyone else does that So Lowes is my go to place to purchase items indoor or outdoor Great customer service

Bought a refrigerator yesterday with delivery today between 1pm and 5pm Alejandro and Randy arrived at 5min to 1 and 30 min later the old refrigerator was hauled away and new refrigerator was installed Fast clean efficient Couldn t ask for anything more John and Chris Griffin

I went to Lowe s of Traverse City to purchase tile for my new shower I stopped by the contractors desk to get some assistance I spoke with Dave He was amazingly helpful He not only helped me find the correct tile I wanted to use but also made sure that I had enough for the job I had a price that I could afford Instead of passing me off to another team member when his shift was done he stayed to make sure my order was complete and to my satisfaction he really is an example of awesome Customer Service 75

Gary Cochran Assistant Store Manager in Littleton NH was extremely helpful I had an over-stove microwave and vent that I found was not appropriate for my kitchen I needed to return this expensive item that I could not use Although it was beyond the designated return time Mr Cochran and the store manager Eric worked to help me I was able to return the item for a full refund Their assistance was absolutely spot on They were courteous helpful beyond what was expected and the item was returned I so appreciate their help Mr Cochran was a total professional and customer service rep I am a forever customer now Thank you
