From registering our interest up to the exchange of contract today we had a smooth overall experience so far Since we received an email from Phoebe M who scheduled our viewing then Richard S who was knowledgeable and showed us around and answered all the questions we had gave us advice until we decided to put a deposit on a property L Q has a one stop shop when it comes to purchasing a shared ownership property and we re happy we adhered into this David P from Censeo financial services managed to get a mortgage offer as well as insurances of our preference in a matter of 3 days David M Legal team especially Luke G of Alexander JLO Solicitors managed to exchange contracts 25 days in advance of the L Q solicitor s deadline Now the ball is in the hand of L Q builder and solicitors who we are hoping to finish the build of our new home and have completion ASAP We re very excited and looking forward to moving in Edgardo and Mathelda

From the moment I walked through the sales office at Whalley Manor I have received nothing but excellent service in relation to my purchase Everybody has been so helpful from Emily in the Sales Office through to Derek the Site Manager Nothing is too much trouble and all my queries have been satisfied within a timely manor This has been my first new build purchase and I can t recommend Whalley Manor enough from the smooth purchasing journey to the high end finished property I am now in There is nothing comparable to this out there in the local new build market keep up the good work Whalley Manor LQ Team
