I had my car in at Mercedes Benz Erdington for a gearbox oil change a new washer reservoir full service and MOT Had to take my car in on 2 separate days Macie looked after me on the first occasion doing everything she could to make sure I was notified of anything that would come up and did her best to acquire all the best prices Very warm and welcoming On the next occasion Mo Ahmed looked after me Truly went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after Top bloke genuinely made sure my experience was 10 10 I ve owned 9 cars in 10 years and this was by far the best experience I have recieved Keep up the good work guys

I recently purchased a used Mercedes GLC43 from LSH in Macclesfield I phoned asking for a test drive at short notice and they were happy to accommodate me I liked the car and we quickly agreed a fair trade in price for my existing car Without going into a lot of detail I want to give special credit to the salesman Alex who looked after me His communication from the point at which I agreed to buy the car through to taking delivery was excellent Nothing was too much trouble and he constantly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy He s a credit to his employer and his diligence reflects extremely well on them I m very happy with the car I purchased and very importantly the customer service I received was top notch Based on my experience I would highly recommend LSH of Macclesfield
