After visiting many furniture stores to find a new sofa We arrived at Lucas and were amazed by the size of the store and the variety to choose from All the styles we wanted to see in one location Stuart was so helpful and professional explaining all the options of fabrics we could choose and cushion styles which we just didn t receive at any of the other stores we visited Stuart was not pushy or over bearing He help us to choose the perfect sofa explaining payment and delivery clearly We were very impressed with the whole service we received and will ensure we make Lucas our first store to visit when purchasing furniture Highly recommended

Lucas furniture is great quality

Lucas furniture is great quality and mostly British made We were looking to replace our old sofas and Prasad was really helpful He was attentive without being over bearing as happens in many stores knowledgeable and friendly This made choosing the right furniture for us so much easier Highly recommend Lucas and Prasad of course

Visited Lucas s today to purchase a new mattress we needed a bit of help Marie was so helpful she showed us a few mattress s explaining all about each make left us to make our minds up then was great going through all of the sales procedure with us A really good experience would definitely recommend

We visited today - our second visit this week as well as a phone call high maintainance client and were helped by Stuart Brilliant shop and excellent service We quickly fixed on basically the best sofa in the place Ellipse and spent a long time considering fabric Stuart was patient and helpful we were glad to find Lucas and will be back for carpets and beds which are next on the list Thanks - brilliant products and service

Great variety of beds and mattresses at good prices

I visited Lucas s new store for the first time to look for a mattress for my new king size bed I had already visited a major national bed retailer but wanted to ensure I got value for money I was impressed by the very large range of beds and mattresses on display in the Lucas store I was assisted by Marie who helpfully pointed out those mattresses I might be interested in She left me to try them without pressurising me in any way to make a purchase I was able to take my time going back and forth until I found a Hypnos mattress which felt most comfortable and was on sale at a great price Marie finalised the sale and went through all the relevant paperwork including care instructions for the new mattress
