New Build Development Finance

Luc Capital was recommended to me by a business contact who said that they had received some excellent advice on their requirements for property funding When I contacted and spoke with William I found him to be a very personable and professional person We had been looking for development finance for a scheme of 5 new build apartments in Surrey We had tried ourselves but most companies were taking a long time to come back with indications of funding and they were all very confusingOnce we sat down with William and went through our requirements and advised him of our equity input he advised us that he had many schemes available from more focused property funders and at better rates than we had achieved Once instructed it took a short time and we received several offers of funding and at better rates and equity input levels that we could achieve on our own I would highly recommend William to source funding requirements for any project as he has the knowledge contacts and a great understanding of the fast moving market We are shortly beginning to market the first scheme we did with Luc capital and he is now searching for competitive funding for our next scheme You can never under estimate the value that William has bought to finding us the best fit for our circumstances I will always us William for all of our funding requirements on a business and personal level as I know that he will only look for the best product fit
