Too good to be true

I wanted to love these products - like really love them I bought the hype loved the ethos behind these 2 brothers loved the story behind lucent globe and really wanted to replace my cleaning products completely with these little sheets BUT they just didn t work overly well for me anyway They smell great feel great and look really cool but my clothes needed to be rewashed as they just didn t remove the dirt marks at all The dishwasher one left loads of residue I think only two plates were clean enough to not need rewashing In both examples when I rewashed with my regular products they were cleaned as normal I m in marketing myself and can say that the boys have nailed their marketing campaigns and have really targeted customers incredibly well - so kudos for this But the products just don t work as advertised So I have 2 almost new boxes if anyone wants to try them

Really wanted to support Australian brothers

My story is very similar to the previous review I so wanted to support two Australian brothers who wanted to make a difference to how we purchase and use laundry and cleaning products The first few bulk orders seemed good The last bulk order I placed in Jan 2024 have been terrible Clothes smell and stains are not removed Dishes have to be soaked in bleach before they go in the dishwasher I cleaned both machines and filters but no improvement I thought it was just a bad batch and customer service would help They suggested I use stain remover and refunded one box I did have the options to return all other boxes at my own expense when ch I declined Customer Service then cancelled my subscription without asking I guess they assumed I would not be a returning customer Disappointed

Bought their products after seeing so much advertising the dishwashing sheets basically do nothing to the point that I have to go buy a new product straight away very disappointing

Leaves food on the dishes No good for dishwasher Such a shame their marketing has good awareness however it is the opposite to reality when it comes to how they clean

This company is a scam

This company is a scam A rip off and an extremely poor product I paid 25 for some toilet cloths My excuse is that I was unwell hence I had time to scroll for good offers i was drawn in by their pretence of being environmentally friendly I received the product and it was tiny and smelled awful - I had to leave it outside because of the smell I told the company and they told me to send it back for a refund but despite the small size of package it was to cost 19 to return a 25 purchase Don t be fooled by this company as I was

Probably a bit of a scam

I was dumb and bought the advertisement through instagram The package cost me more than double the original price thanks to customs fees they did not mention while I ordered their laundry sheets Not a very global company after all would not recommend if you don t live in australia

Dish washer sheets don t work and cause damage

On following the instructions dishwashing detergent sheets didn t clean lightly soiled dishes Foamed up pretty bad and caused a short in the dishwasher New dishwasher wont be using Lucent Globe products Poor response from their customer service cant return because the box has been opened

Doesn t work

My wife bought a box of 10 packets total delivered cost was 216 I opened the dishwasher and by the state of the contents I assumed the dishwasher hadn t been on My wife assured me it had been on So I unloaded the dishwasher Checked the filters and the rotator and restacked the dishwasher The second time the dishes came out just the same I can t believe all the review sites that sing this praises about this pretty useless product We are back to using dependable tablets

Difficult to get a refund if package is stolen

Have bought a few items before But because the last item was stolen probably from the courier company they now use I have emailed them three times for a refund as I still have not had a single response It s extremely disappointing frustrating that I may have to go to Fair Trading for 54
