Beautiful hoops and charms

Placed an order on the 27th September it s now the 9th October and order still hasn t been dispatched Sent a follow up email via the contact us on the website and not had a reply Seeing reviews on here I understand it s a one person ran business but if your website says 1-2 days dispatch that is what you would expect as a customer and to then have to reach out asking for an update with no reply is further disappointing The jewellery I ordered was something I had been looking for for ages finally found the perfect huggies and I was so looking forward to receiving them EDIT UPDATE I would just like to update my experience with Lucky Eleven and the owner of this company Since my review Bethan swiftly contact me to resolve this issue my parcel had infact been sent out but lost by Royal Mail and for some unknown reason Bethan never received my email requesting an update All this aside everything was resolved very swiftly and with kindness and understanding in 2 days I received my earrings I ordered along with a replacement set as the original earrings were awaiting restock The jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and I am so pleased with how it suits my style and other jewellery and the replacement earrings are absolutely gorgeous too I will 10000 be looking to update the rest of my jewellery to Lucky Eleven as I cannot fault the quality price or style My initial bad review was never meant with any bad intent just as a way of reaching contact with the owner

So I was a bit skeptical as the advert randomly popped up on my instagram and I thought it was a scam site Oh god I was sooo wrong I got my cowboy boot earring a couple of days ago and it s bloody fab So much so the day it arrived I made another purchase Will 100 share with my girls also have a wedding coming up so will defo buy something for my bride squad

I m really glad I stumbled upon this website It s quite tricky to find colourful earrings that are affordable so I snapped up two to see what they were like quality wise They arrived today good postage time and I love them Dainty light but nice and solid They look beautiful in and I ll definitely be getting more

I placed an order and had a bit of issues with the timings of when the order was going to be delivered The responses I got back from who I believe to be the owner of the company were prompt and she was very helpful with keeping me in the loop with what was happening She was very sweet and seems really passionate about both her company and the care she provides for her customers The jewellery is so beautiful and incredibly well made I knew they were going to be beautiful - but wow it really exceeded all my expectations They re very unique pieces with a very low price for the quality of products I ordered some of the tiniest Huggies too and I m very pleased as it s so hard to find teenie Huggies so these were perfect I will definitely be telling all my family and friends to order from here and I will be planning to order from here again in the near future
