Been gambling for years and worst site I have come across Joined last night spent total 300 no decent wins Tried to log in today but was blocked reset password etc no joy Tried live help 4 times but they cut me off Be warned not a great site First review I have felt obliged to write also as not happy How can they close your Account after taking your money Daylight robbery

This is my 2nd review I deposited thousands no questions asked I then won and made a withdrawal they demand documents but what ever I sent in they not satisfied with 5 times and they say poor quality well the birth certificate is 50 years old and I explained there is a pandemic going on not allowed to travel so my passport Is out of date and no point in renewing it until I can travel I sent fill screen shots and all 4 corners its perfect my end they can t see it to hear them talk I do not know how they can get away with this they don t care how much you deposit but keeping winning and putting people through this stress is terrible I am adding to this now 8 times I send documents in not good enough they suspended my Account and got my winnings that I deposited to win Please do not put yourself through this stress with this vile company I am not holding my breath to get the money they don t like paying out even though they had thousands in deposi They asking for wage slips bank statements and every member of staff can see them I do not feel safe that they all know so much about me I am taking legal action and reported thus vile company to fraud at the bank and the police

Took 50 refused to refund due to technical problems and will not refund
Opened an account with these fraudsters they let me deposit 50 my account was locked due to technical issues which took hours then days now weeks to resolve and still remain ongoing I ve complained formally and have been told I can have my money back after I verify my ID ID verified with UK driving licence and current credit card statement and now silence has fallen despite trying asking nicely asking assertively requesting that they refer any ongoing issues to an ADR company standard protocol for all gambling disputes to finally losing my temper and outright abusing them in the hope of stinging a response out of them and they remain silent Avoid at all costs

Tried to lift cash wasnt allowed So lost it all only site i know of that asks for a utility bill Fact is my bank is paperless and my mrs name is on the bills So i was snookered from the start Also the deposit limits are different from any other site They are higher than any other site and they only start from the day you apply it unlike other sites who apply it from the start of that day week month Games dont work and you speak to someone who says there are no issues so you just lose the money you used on the game Shambolic

The customer service is shocking very
The customer service is shocking very rude and unhelpful they cut you off chat and send auto chat saying can I help you with anything else when they not helped in the first place I will not mention the staff member name on here but I Been on chat many times and she is terrible Managers don t deal with complaints and when you complain about a staff member they have the bare cheek to reply and give you more abuse Deck the halls slots is faulty I have a video to prove it but they will not deal with it weeks down the line They promise 24 hour withdrawal but they don t work weekends was 5 days before i got my money Over all they customer service is dragging the casino down and not getting to speak with a manager about my concerns is what I expect from them I asked nicely on chat not to speak with the agent because she was rude and unhelpful and for her to transfer me to another agent and she ended chat and blocked me Yes I was nasty back to her the day before but she is in the wrong job very rude

rude untrustworthy
after using a bonus i played over a week in periods of 1-3 hours building my balance from initial deposit of 150 to over 1945 i then decided to withdraw 1750 of this which then never got payed to me my account dissappeared and apparently never existed through correspondence and sending copies of bank statements proving deposits obviously sensored they still had the audacity to deny ever having the account or money deposited nor any withdrawal request the conversation went from enquiry to very rude written assault very quickly they are due for review by the gambling commission in due course as apparently i am not a solitary case of this kind of treatment

They don t reply to emails chat just say email support who then do not reply they give you a bonus that you don t want and then don t pay winnings and when you try to exclude do all they can to keep you playing Avoid at all costs Good thing is I will never play online slots again because of Lucky247
