I have played a couple months at Lucky Red Casino Never had any problem until today I finally do well on a game and I go to withdraw I had already sent my proofs of id address and copies of cards I had used to play a little earlier Rep asked if I had same phone number as when I signed up I told them no that I had recently left that employer and that phone and number had belonged to them Rep asked if I could get a bill showing my name tied to that number I explained that previous company owned the phone and paid the bill My name was not on the bill they just allowed us to use the phone while employed by them I told them I had to get a new phone and number after leaving company I was told if I could not verify that number that I signed up with I could not get my winnings I did not win with that phone or number I won it on my new one I can prove my name address face credit cards I m going to lose 700 because I no longer have access to the phone number I signed up with Not right at all

I used my wife credit card and was accepted by Lucky Red Casino We deposit 100 and won 50 and went to withdraw 150 It was declined which I understood until I could provide proof that my wife allowed it After my wife spoke with the customer service and then sent them appropriate documents that it was her I spoke to a customer rep who said I would be paid by the end of the week This would have been two weeks She got an email saying that they needed proof of her residency and she sent that Now going on 4 weeks they said the transaction was declined The only thing I am glad is that it was only 100 learning mistake Stick with the proven sites of cafe casino

STAY AWAY NOT reccomended at all

I would give Lucky Red a -10 stars if possible This site is BY FAR the WORST site I have ever played on They give such high match percentages on your deposits because they are just going to get it all back The games rarely hit when they do your LUCKY if you get back even a 1 4 of what your bet amount is Not only that but their minimum cash out is 200 whereas every other site I ve played on has a minimum cash out of 100 They also charge you an extra processing fee of 25 to pay it to your bank account They don t charge to pay it to crypto currencies though None of the other sites I play on charge you a processing fee in order to get your money The games suck seem very dated Do yourself a favor stay away from the place unless you just like throwing away your money cause this place is a SCAM RIP OFF
