Excellent product and exceptional customer service After being notified of a fault with a phone case Lucrin wasted no time in delivering a replacement When they realised that they had not included the initialling which was part of the original order I did not inform of this they sent another with the initials included I am surprised by the negative reviews here as this is not representative of my experience with Lucrin

I had a great and absolutely positive experience with Lucrin customers service and I am also super confident with the watch box I ordered The quality of the product is perfect and John from the customer service answered my questions to the product and the individualization possibilities very quickly and with a lot of competence Also after receiving my watch box I had some more questions requests and John was able to fulfill them to my absolute satisfaction Happy to order the next watch box soon
