Gun holster

The gun holster that I got was the worst thing I have ever seen thinner than paper My 22 revolver wouldn t even fit in it halfway I ve seen kids toy gun holsters better than this

Customer service never answers emails

Customer service never answers emails and there is no telephone number I emailed them three times about where my order was then it arrived in the wrong color and too small and they did not respond to my request for a return Do not use them

Poor quality

Advertised photo of product and actual product are completely different The quality is poor and the fit is poor I will never use your services again and I will communicate to every person I know that you are basically a scam

Poor customer service

I ordered 2 coats from Lucuss one was quite nice but too small the other looked nothing like the picture and was a cheap faux fur I contacted them about returning the items they responded and asked for info which I provided - they responded with the same email and the same request for info again I provided the info as requested again I have heard NOTHING since and it has been weeks Update the company responded back and asked for additional information which I provided immediately and now again I have heard nothing from them

They said I cancel the order but I clarified with your customer service that I have placed two bomber jackets and I have cancel the one without hoodie But I have ordered the jacket with hoodie which I have purchased through Klarna I am still waiting for the shipment

Lucuss leather flying jacket

Despite their claim that their jacket is real leather and sheepskin the jacket I received from this company is faux leather and available on another site at 40 as opposed to the nearly 90 I paid Liars to be avoided

Ordered a holster on 11 30 23 I got numerous emails with tracking info for 45 days Then I was notified that the item was never shipped because it had a small problem with the product Why did they keep advising tracking info if it never shipped Total scam I want my money refunded to my credit card LUCURUH80726 Still haven t heard how I will be refunded Don t buy
