15 day trial scam zero cust support

I was offered a 15-day trial but was charged immediately I reached out to them at least 5 times w no reply or even acknowledgement As someone else reviewed below support feels like a scam but it s even more of a scam to be charged on the first day of my trial and give no recourse to correct the problem I have had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company Buyer beware

My biannual membership automatically

My biannual membership automatically renewed without any prior notification and they do not offer refunds I had forgotten about my membership for over a year Moreover there are no discounts or benefits for continuing members If I were a new customer I could obtain this membership at a much lower cost This approach is not conducive to good business Feeling trapped I have no interest in using the service anymore

The 15-day trial is a scam ludwig guru immediately charges you the subscription fee Even by cancelling the subscription within 15 days you are not going to have your money back This is called FRAUD

Listen to the previous reviews I wasn t smart enough to come here first and check the reviews but I should ve I thought ludwig guru is a trusted website because it very often comes up in my Google searches DO NOT TRUST I subscribed to the 15-day trial got an email congratulating me for getting it but now when I go to my profile it says Free Limited and Go Premium Whenever I try to use any premium features I get an error message The funny thing is though when I access the website on my phone it says 14 99 monthly status trialing but I still can t use any of their features The email I got after subscribing said Do you have questions Just reply to this email we ll be always happy to help Well guess what When I reply to it my email notifies me the email address is incorrect I found TWO OTHER email addresses one from their terms conditions and from their Facebook profile I emailed to those and we ll see if I get any response because I want to cancel my subscription Another scetchy thing is there is no unsubscribe button anywhere And there is no contact us form or email anywhere It has to be found by the customer on their own It is CRAZY All I wanted was to check and correct my thesis paper for my studies I do not trust this company at all And you should not either Ps Now I when I am writing this email and was just about to hit send I noticed below it asks me if I want Trustpilot to contact ludwig guru about my review and it mentions their email address where it will be send Well this email address again is a DIFFERENT ONE So there is now 4 different email addresses for ludwig guru but who knows if any of those even work Great Edit I tried sending an email to that email found on Trustpilot and my email again notified me it s an incorrect email Listen Trustpilot the email you have doesn t work

Beware of Unwanted Charges

Hi I wanted to corroborate what others have said I had been using Ludwig Guru for two years but decided to cancel my subscription as I no longer needed it since I started using ChatGPT I canceled my yearly subscription on November 29 2024 ahead of the renewal date and received confirmation from Ludwig Guru that my membership was canceled However I was still charged for a renewed subscription on January 12 2025 I contacted them via their support service on the platform with no response I also emailed them but received no reply Luckily I submitted a complaint to my credit card provider and received a refund from my bank My advice to you would be not only to cancel your membership but most importantly to delete your payment information from the Ludwig Guru website I hope this helps Best of luck
