Goods not delivered
I ordered some products from Lulu Guiness six weeks ago and am still waiting for them to be delivered Despite calling and emailing them four times when I finally got through to them today they admitted there was a backlog no apology given and said that they could see my package had been signed for by someone else they had no idea who and neither had I I then had to send my signature to prove it wasn t signed for by me even though I have a completely different name All I want is my money back as these were Christmas presents which I can no longer use

worst customer experience
This company sell very expensive items yet provide the worst customer experience I ordered a pair of shoes which were damaged in transit I refused to receive it and waited a long time for a refund after several calls to urge I had ordered a second pair before I was refunded for the first and that pair was faulty I had to send a picture of the fault before I could get a refund code I waited for days to get that The shoes were accepted back by LG a week ago and I still haven t been refunded My emails have been ignored so it s back to the phone At no time has anyone apologised You should be ashamed LG and you have lost a customer

Appalling Customer Service
Appalling Customer Service - I contacted this company regarding a faulty ipad cover and they took a long time to reply and I had to repeatedly chase for a response The company insinuated that the item had been damaged by myself and offered absolutely no remediation No alternative options such as a replacement an offer to look at the item nothing This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered online and it has put me off the company and their products I will not be buying from them again The customer service has indeed let this company down

Customer service non-existent Placed an order for 620 pounds at midnight Realised first thing the next morning the size of shoes and bag were not correct I live in Barcelona They replied to my email at 09 46 am in the morning The order was NOT dispatched until 16 52 pm that day They refused to cancel and let me reorder all day 11 emails between Lulu Guinness customer service and myself that day UNPROFESSIONAL UNEDUCATED in customer service EXTREMLY UNHELPFUL Needless to say I will return the goods immediately for total refund and consider the cost of returning the goods an absolute delight Beware of this web site

Customer service is atrocious
Customer service is atrocious and let s Lulu down I ve returned products via the pre paid tracking label and despite it being signed for have still not received a refund I am thankful that I ve paid via Pay Pal so despite numerous calls no answer or reply to my voicemail and emails I have logged it with them in the hope they can get it back for me I have just sent a second parcel back via the same process so am worried it s going to be the same Puts me off ever ordering from them again

If I could give these jokers one star I would do so I had an issue with the appalling customer experience I received in the shop Customer service promised to get back to me they didn t bother They are clearly not interested which is why in the end I did not purchase the case from their Marylebone store

Appalling customer service
Bought online a power bank charger as a xmas present It was faulty so contacted their customer services to seek replacement Got an automated answer and then nothing Sent 2 further emails which were simply ignored They never answer the phone Tried to escalate to Consumer Ombudsman to find out this company does not participate in the consumer ombudsman scheme Says it all Steer well clear

Great products awful Dpd believers service
Love love love the products The one star is for using dpd as delivery Just worked at home to get parcel sat at window from 1015 Three people in house Bell working all windows open back up option logged of leaving parcel in porch but of course it s dpd so I get text at 1030 saying they tried to deliver and we weren t home they left a card did they Of course not because people who were never there can t leave physical evidenceHonestly I try not to buy from companies who use dpd it s too stressful

Quick to take SLOW to return monies delaying tactics
So after the following still pending monies back in account I checked reviews on trust pilot and SURPRISE Bag in aske lovely but to be returned 2 days later on 22nd January recieved by LG but after several emails to customer service and after being to refund basically by end last week I called and they were quick to say lots of orders in sale lots of returns busy OH and my email said the refund would be done asap NOT then so thinking that them stating that mo ies returned within 3-5 days was not correct On phone she stated that was it done NOW today and again may take 3-5 days Slow poor customer service quick to take monies on point of sale SLOW when going the other way it s as if they DELAY monies back

Frustrating On-Line Experience
I purchased two handbags from the Lulu Guinness website this morning It took over twenty minutes to make payment The site had me enter payment details four times totally rejecting PayPal despite having it listed as an acceptable form of payment I then used a credit card which went through only to see they had overcharged me I have called their advertised phone numbers three times leaving my contacts and sent them two emails only to be completely ignored What happened to customer care which used to be part and parcel of this good brand
